"Rain, rain, go away."

I found myself cursing at the weather for ruining my plans for the day.
I was so ready to go shopping, treat myself to some cake, and just have a blast! But no, there had to be an interruption.
As I was standing in front of my house, I see a student from Miyagi Prefecture's Nekoma High, walk up to me.
As he got closer, I recognized him. That's Kenma's best friend, Kuroo.
Kenma Kozume, my cousin.

"Hey, you look upset. What's up?" Kuroo exclaimed.
It's weird for someone to just walk up to a person they don't even know, and start talking to them.
"No, I'm alright." I look up at him, smiling.
Suddenly, I notice his beautiful hazel eyes.
He is at least 187 cm.
"Are you sure.. Chibi-Chan?"
I understand that I'm short, but chibi-? Really?
"Yes, I'm sure." I whip out my phone and start scrolling through the weather app.
"I already checked. Says it's going to rain until 7 PM." Kuroo smirked.
"Nope, says 6 for me. That's 3 more hours from now, that's alright."
"Waiiiiiittt, are you Kozume's cousin? Y/N?" He looks surprised, and happier than he looked before.
"Yeah, that's right." I look up at him once again.
"Jeez, can you smile for once?"
"I was smiling, what do you mean?" I put my phone back in my pocket and concentrate on his words.

As we continued talking, I feel it starting to get a little chilly. My body temperature is always warm, so it was weird for me to get cold.
As I was starting to shiver up a little, Kuroo noticed.
"Aw, Chibi-Chan, you're shivering." He placed his hand on my back.
As much I hate to admit it, it felt warm. My chest felt like spring, for some reason. What was this feeling? Maybe I know what it is. Maybe I don't. Or maybe, just maybe, I don't want to admit it.

I look down at my phone.
"3:24 PM" I say out loud.
"Already? I have to go, unfortunately." He looks down on the ground with sad eyes.
"Oh um, yeah, alright." I felt the spring in my chest go away. It was back to being cold.
"Tell Kozume I said hi!" He starts walking away.
I didn't say anything back.

I felt like a fool for two reasons. The first one being the fact that I didn't get his number, and the second being how I felt butterflies for somebody I heard about a couple times, and met 20 minutes ago.
