Everybody was on panic when they've watched the news, there was so many chaos, the virus was spreading, an earthquake is coming, volcanoes are erupting.
The world is ending.
I started to call my boyfriend, Steve.
I was starting to panic too, but he was the first person who came to my mind.
I want to spend my remaining time with him. With the person I love the most.
We met each other a year ago, I immediately fell for him. Our relationship is not perfect, we argue a lot. Mostly because of my insecure and jealous-ass. It's just that, I think I'm not enough.
But he assured me that he loves me.
I went to my mom and dad and hugged them, thanking them and telling them that I love them.
Suddenly the ground started to shake, my hands trembled. Scared for my life.
But despite the ground shaking, I went outside to look for Steve. He didn't answered my calls earlier.
And there, in front of the familiar house Steve used to go to. His ex's house. I saw Steve.
His hands we're trembling, afraid not for his life, but for elyse's.
I was just standing here, watching them as they hugged each other, worried.
She's the reason why I've been so insecure. I envy her so much. Even wished i we're her.
I wiped my tears as the ground moved violently again. Pacing my way back home.
All along he was saying all those words assuring me that he loves me just to comfort me.
It's the end of the world and I'm not the one he chose to be with. Why bother right? it's just me.
Crying and heartbroken, I continued walking until I heard a loud explosion. And then everything went black.
The world is ending but you're not the one he's coming over to.
