Henry smiled at the view. Another point for her, she obviously liked dogs. And Kal seemed very excited to know her too.

"I didn't ask you, I hope you're not a vegetarian ?"

"Dear God, no" she laughed, "I bring some wine" she said, holding out the bottle to him.

"Oh thanks dear" he said, looking at the etiquette. "Great choice"

Henry was wearing a white shirt, that fitted his chest and arms. Alya wanted to look at him back and forth but she didn't dare to do so. She obviously didn't want to be catched drooling over him.

"You look stunning" he said, looking at her outfit.

"Thanks, you look great too" she said and he smiled.

He invited her in the kitchen and checked out the casserole.

"Would you like me to show you around ?" he asked.

"Sure"

And he leaded her in the living-room, which was adjacent to the kitchen. He also showed her the bathroom as well as his desk, with a super massive computer on it.

Alya raised an eyebrow : ok he didn't lied when he said he was addicted to video games.

To finish, he lifted the hand to show the stairs.

"There's bedrooms upstairs, but it would be weird to show you, I guess..."

She smiled in discomfort. They came back in the living room, Henry rushed into the kitchen as if he was very impatient to eat.

"What is your favorite era?" he asked out of the blue.

"1950's, they had such beautiful oufits for both men and women. Actually, you remind me of some old ad from the 1950's."

"What ?"

"Have you seen your face, you look exactly like those handsome guy with classy hats"

"Well, thank you, I know know what you find attractive in me ahah"

She smiled.

"Everything about you is attractive" she answered without paying attention.

She raised her eyes up just to see him with a big smile, and couldn't believe she had said that out loud. What was wrong with her ?

"I love it when you blush like that", he said, making her blushing even more.

"So Henry", she said, hoping to change subject, "are you on holidays ?"

"I am indeed, that's why I'm so available right now, and wanted to see you when I'm still here", he said with a deep voice.

Alya felt he was somehow sad about it.

"I guess you travel a lot, that's not easy to keep a relationship alive in these conditions..." she said as she thought this through, picturing herself waiting for him for weeks.

He served her some bœuf bourguignon like a chef.

"Thank you, it looks delicious !"

He smiled at her and then seemed to think.

"Actually, it was sometimes complicated, I mean with the distance, but only because my girlfriend couldn't or wouldn't come with me on set, wheareas it was clearly possible. I have my own place to stay, sometimes a trailer, sometimes residential hotel or short-term rental appartement."

"Why wouldn't she want to come ?" Asked Alya, who obviously couldn't imagine that being a choice.

Henry laughed.

"Would you ?" He asked with a light voice.

"Of course !" she replied after eating a piece of bœuf bourguignon.

Henry raised an eyebrow at her, thinking how interesting her answer was. But saying it and doing it, wasn't the same stuff.

"Well, she had her job here, her career, she came with me once, but she got bored and..."

"How could you get bored when you had the chance to travel !" Almost cried Alya. "If it was me, I would have plenty of ideas to occupy myself during the day ! There's so much to see in this world."

"If it was you ?"

"I mean... If you were my man... I-I..."

"Ain't I your man already ?" he asked, frowning and smiling at the same time.

"I wasn't sure, we just kissed once and..." she started. "Are you ?"

He streched out to her over the table and kissed her gently on the lips.

"Now we kissed twice", he said, "so don't you dare dating anyone else."

She blushed but felt so happy about his gesture. She surely wanted to be his girlfirend . Dating anyone else ? What an idea, nobody would fit in after him anyways...

Henry looked at her but remained silent as he was picturing the two of them living the life she described. When Alya noticed, she felt guilty.

"Oh I'm sorry Henry, I didn't want to remember you bad memories."

"No, not at all", he smiled. "But we talked enough about my failed relationships, what about yours ?"

She laughed but felt embarassed at the same time.

"What do you want to know ?" She asked with caution.

"Well, why a charming lady like you is single ? I'm sure you have a lot of suitors."

"I guess I have some", she started. "But I am too old-fashionned for this world."

"What do you mean ?" He asked even more interested.

"Men I met, they were looking for passion, instant love, they want a modern woman who have a carreer and is independant, they didn't want any sort of commitment, they are not interested in children, and on top of it, they want to have s..."

She interrupted herself, trying to look wherever but in Henry's eyes.

"You mean sex ?" He said, smiling.

"That's... what I meant, indeed", she whispered with a very light voice.

Henry looked at her for a second, and found her even more special than he first thought. He was used to women very much interested in having sex with him, even if they barely know him. But that was what all famous actors experienced.

"I mean I'm not against it, you see", she said, trying to precise her thoughts as she didn't want Henry to think she was some sort of hung-up girl.

He really liked to see her struggling in disconfort, so he decided to say nothing, putting two fingers on his lips in order to retain a smile or a laugh. She was still obviously avoiding his eyes.

"I mean, this is normal, but you know, not two hours after you met the guy, see ?" She said and then raised her eyes to him, only to see him on the edge of bursting into laughters.

"Are you making fun of me ?" She asked with a grin.
