Sawyer Adams struggled to survive her senior year of high school. She was trapped in the claws of an abusive relationship, finally breaking free when she decided to leave home. She has been broken, damaged, and beaten, but most of all, saved. One year later, she lives with the aftermath.

When the man who saved her returns in her life once again, she is determined to rebuild and mend what was lost between them. But she never expected their story to turn out like this.
