This is a story about wrestlers coming from humble, but also mysterious beginnings. Who will rise to the challenge and compete at the highest level of sports entertainment... WWE. This company is full of many legends that paved the way for the second generation of superstars, the third generation and the fourth and so on.

With Wrestlemania 35 now at a close, the landscape of WWE's era has changed again.

Seth Rollins has slain the beast, Brock Lesnar to become the next Universal Champion.

Kofi Kingston has overcome the odds, defeating the "New" Daniel Bryan to win his first WWE world heavyweight championship.

Roman Reigns returned to the ring after a long, hard battle with his Leukemia, toppling Drew Mcintyre.

Despite sticking up for himself and his family, The Miz unfortunately, though getting his absolute revenge and payback on Shane McMahon, it cost him the match as the self proclaimed Best in the World got an upset victory.

In a surprising turn of events, The IIconics were able to steal a victory over Bayley and Sasha Banks, as well as a very game Natalya and Beth Phoenix to take the WWE Women's Tag team titles.

And.... in the main event, "The Man" Becky Lynch, after a long, hard road, defeated "The Queen" Charlotte Flair and "The Baddest Woman on the Planet" Rowdy Ronda Rousey to become the first woman in WWE to hold both the Raw and Smackdown women's Championships.

After that glorious day, the wwe moved on. However... some people get left behind in the shuffle of history.

One full year after the RAW after Wrestlemania 35...

In a dark room, someone was watching Wrestlemania on a tv, as it was revealed to be Paul Ellering. He had managed the dominant tag team AOP, better known as the Authors of Pain in NXT, and they were a dangerous force. However, when they were called to the main roster on the Raw after wrestlemania, things changed.... Akam and Rezar decided to discard Paul Ellering as their manager permanently for his last chapter in the book of pain was officially done.

Paul Ellerging: Strange how much difference a year makes after you get left behind. The WWE has changed so much in such a short time. But where was I in that conversation...? I was left behind by my Authors of Pain. How could they leave me? I brought them into NXT, showing them the true meaning of dominance as in the book of pain... survival was the only law as tag team after tag team fell before the AOP, their last chapters written as no one could stand up to Akam and Rezar following my guidance. But they left me behind, and for what?

He changed the channel to see them following Drake Maverick.

Paul Ellering: To follow someone who thought he could lead them better than I did? That man may have led them to Tag Team Championship glory, but what happened afterwards? He costs them those titles. And now here they stand one year later, at the base of mediocrity. How I pity them.

He turns off the TV.

Paul Ellering: Perhaps it's time I search for a new breed of superstars who have potential in need of true guidance and law. But what team on this planet could ever math the strength and dominance of my Authors of Pain?

Ellering thinks, before he recalls the tag team title triple threat and turns the tv back on.

Paul Ellering: Of course, I see now. The Women's Division in WWE has been progressing significantly. They now have their own Royal Rumble match, and tag team titles... yes. (looks at the Women's Tag Team Titles held by the IIconics.) That is what I should aim for.
