Me, Emily, Spencer & Aria, now all that was missing was Alison and we'd be complete. It was the last night of summer vacation and Ali had just gotten back from visiting her Nana but yet, as always, was running 'fashionably' late. Considering it the last night of summer the thunderstorm outside raged on quite loudly, but that didn't stop us from having our fun. We all chatted and laughed and occasionally would sing along to the music we were playing in Spencer's barn. Suddenly the power went out and the music stopped 'Whoa, what happened?' said Aria as she turned on her flashlight and looked around 'It must be the storm' Spencer replied while she lighted the two candles set down on the table in front of her. Suddenly there was a slow and loud creak from outside, almost like the type in horror movies when a murderer was coming... really Hanna? now I think about these things? I thought as a surge of fear rushed through me 'somethings out there' whispered Aria and just at that moment, as if on cue, the heavy barn door creaked wide open behind me. We all turned our heads 'guys?' I whispered, my voice shaky, as we all got up and huddled together to face the door where Aria was now pointing at with her flashlight. We started slowly walking forwards until we heard a loud crash like glass smashing to which we gasped and screamed. Trying to get a hold of ourselves we continued foreword, I clutched Aria's arm in fear as my eyes searched my surroundings for something out of place. We got closer and closer to the door when... 'AHH'. All I saw was a blur of bright yellow in front of me and it was only once I was mentally preparing myself to run I realized that it wasn'nt a mass murderer stood in front of us but a beautiful blond girl with a perfect figure and not a blemish in sight who was wearing a layered yellow top with a pair of light blue jeans. ' So not funny Alison' said Spencer still panting and giggling. We all made our way back to where we had been sitting before as Ali smiled clearly pleased with herself in succeeding to scare us'Ali, did you download the new Beyonce?' I asked smiling 'ugh, not yet' she replied, making herself comfortable 'I'm loving her new video' giggled Emily 'maybe a little too much, em' said Ali softly What the hell was that supposed to mean? I thought, we all just awkwardly laughed in response. Ali leaned towards Aria, holding the plastic cup filled with red wine out in front of her 'You're turn' she said in her soft mysterious tone. Aria took the cup from her hand and sipped some of the wine 'Careful Aria' joked Spencer ' Take to much and you'll tell us all you're secrets ' everyone giggled. 'Friends share secrets, that's what keeps us close' said Alison in response, everyone stared at her blankly, I just smiled glumly. ' drink up ' Ali finished, breaking the silence and then we all giggled again.

I was awoken by Aria's voice while she was waking up Emily who was beside me on the couch. I opened my eyes and let them adjust before I sat up 'Where's Ali and Spencer?' I questioned, my voice still tired, Aria looked around ' I don't know ' she replied, her eyes confused. She got up and slowly walked towards the open barn door while me and Em stayed seated, it was still dark outside 'Ali?' she called 'She's gone' I heard Spencer say as she approached from outside 'What do you mean she's gone' Aria asked, saying exactly what I was thinking ' I've looked everywhere for her ' Spencer said, coming to a stop in front of Aria. Me and Em looked at each other with uncertainty ' I think I heard her scream ' were the words that came out of Spencer's mouth about 5 seconds before the last thunder of the night.
