"ohh fuuuckk mee.." poland hit his head against the wheel, sliding his hands off as he slunk on his seat.

"I'll uh, pass." Greece responded, and Poland rose his head to glare at her.

they were narrowing a dead end, to be more exact, over the edge of a cliff. kept on limbo as the car tilted back and fourth, nearing either edge as water greeted them from a hundred feet below. on one hand, they could die. on the other, they could get out of this situation and laugh about it later.

greece could hear poland grumbling angerly from beside her, giving her the feeling he had given up. "hey.. hey.." greece piped up, "we've been through worse!"

no answer. she swallowed. "uhm.."

"wait I'm trying to think," she spoke allowed, no end goal to where she was going with this, "maybe someone could help us?"

"like what, you think someone would ACTUALLY come for us. out here, outside the woods on a cliff, in the miiiiddle of nowhere??" poland counteracted, frantic hands held before him, a pose greece recognized as one he drew before ranting off.

only, he never got to finish, a knocking off the window on the drivers side, catching both of their attentions as they turned to see who it was. "oh good, company," Greece breathed, relieved. it was a short figure, wearing a blue hoodie, and black jeans. his clothes looked dirty, as he softly spoke from the other side.

"are you alright?"

immediately, she recognized who it was. it had been awhile, at least two months for sure. she wondered if poland would have caught on as well, but,

"Do we LOOK okay to you?" Poland snapped.

he looked taken aback by the polish man's hostility, and she didn't blame him. he could be a little harsh sometimes.

"certainly not," the person from the other side agreed.

greece felt the need to speak up. "hey! you mind giving us a hand over here? maybeee.. fly your wings? push us up from the side sort of trying to teeter off here?"

she could see the feathers of his wings fluff up, whether in agreement or surprise, she couldn't be sure. her only method to be used at the moment was hope, which she clinged onto by the bare minimum until he stepped forward.

"I beg of your pardon..?" he seemed to have not heard what she said, but she could definitely tell it was him.

"we're stuck on the edge of the cliff." she explained, "mind helping us out?"

she felt his sight on her, despite what she was sure was his lack of eyes. turning away, as he began to round the car.

he watched the surface of the tides below, his feet planted against the narrow cliff of rocks. a safe spot, away from the edge, but close enough to paralyze his vision with what was below. "how am I exactly to do this..?"

"well you could fly over the edge and push our car back towards the safe side, that's a start," she offered. her voice kind, as she didn't mind not having immediate results.

a moment of silence followed, leaving them in a penetrating anticipation. her heart, she could feel beating as she could have sworn the usually loud, bantering poland beside her must have been deep, down within an internalized rage. a dam, about to break and flood with water, threatening to drown them all out, if not the waves below.

the car began to move backwards, leaving greece to hold her breath and forget about what was happening beside her as all attention drew to the waves, leaving their view.
