Around the Globe ("La-La-La Poem")

around The GLOBE

I don't want to fly over all the globe,
First I'd like to be in Europe.
It's prepared with the best wardrobe,
You know, there is some place I think of.

I am leaving my beloved City of New York,
Capital of the world, where we all work.
Delta shall be now departing,
My global trips are starting.

Airplane landed tonight,
And it's Rome star light.
First I need to try real lasagna and pizza
Seeing Colosseum and Tower of Pisa.

I now travel to Greece,
Where there'd been Sparta battles scenes.
Mediterranean pearl trip is going on,
I wish to see the great Parthenon.

Sweden, Sweden;
At last we're meeting.
I am surely to see City Hall in Stockholm,
When I lease my first Volvo.

This state's always been within
Military means of a harmony.
I got my pretzel, I listen to Sandra and Scorpions,
I'm in the wondrous Germany.

My journey begins now,
I am to taste Danish pastry anyhow.
I'm gonna feel sea breeze, see Little Mermaid landmark,
Wondering if I am in Denmark.

Spain with its Flamenco dance,
I get this chance!
I should also eat paella in Madrid,
Seeing a royal palace in summertime heat.

My voyage continues to a country of romance,
I am stopping in France.
Eiffel Tower, Les Champs-Elysees, and - baguette loaf,
I adore the very language of love.

There was a long disturbia,
In the state of Serbia.
I know the cathedral in Belgrade,
I am to see, before it's too late.

Czech Republic is awaiting,
This's where's now the landing.
I need to see the capital of Prague,
And Czech is related to Slovak.

Having not learned any Old Norse,
I try to understand modern Icelandic.
This is actually another kingdom in the north,
History of Vikings is very antique.

I have now seen the tower of Vyrnwy in Wales,
Walking in the twilight of autumn dales.
Coming now to see the wondrous Stonehenge and Big Ben,
Finishing my Ahmad tea, and leaving London.

It's the Finnish air for today,
Winter has a chillier ray.
Helsinki isn't city of sins, I'll rather see,
The capital cathedral and real Santa soar above me.

Budapest, Budapest, Budapest,
You're wealthier than the rest!
It is showing the capital parliament building off,
So classy when it's dark, to Hungary that's enough.

Next trip on the line,
Liechtenstein is in heart of mine.
Vaduz shows off the beauty of nature,
Principality unique architecture.

Chocolate kiss is in my lips,
The home to Rolex, is Geneva.
Alps is pride of the Swiss,
Train mountains rides is forever!

Grand Duchy of Luxembourg,
Is the current state I'm heading to!
They speak Luxembourgish, German, & French,
Flag is similar to Dutch, it's interesting but strange!

To Slovenia have come I,
And seen Lake of Bled.
Nature again, my heart shall melt,
Ljubljana is "Gingerbread" itself!

Athena is whom I see at the building,
Liking much the view, not kidding!
This's a flight to remarkable Austria this time,
Yet to see "Emerald" Salzburg with some wine!

This is my final flight, lasting long,
To the lands of the bravest and strong.
I must come to visit a museum of Vikings,
Now in Norway - Scandinavian doorway I've never been.

Now — Eastern Side... As farther my voyage goes on,
I take stand to every single unexplored zone!
Now, to the East, but starting with Asia Minor,
And ending with Japan, as well as China.

Founts, cloudless twilight, and Mosque of Ahmed the Sultan!
I'm on Antalya beach for some golden suntan.
Real Baklava in hand, Aspendos Amphitheater I see,
I'm waving a farewell tomorrow to marvelous  Turkey!
