Sabertooth (a Fairy Tail fanfiction)

Important Little Author's Note

Well, hi there reader.

Before you go on and read this fanficition, I just want to let you in on some small details so that as you read on it's a bit more clear with how I'm writing this story. Also as this story is written and if something is ever not clear and seems as though it needs to be explained at any point I will do my best to explain my thought process as I write this as well as trying to do my best to make everything clear as you read it. As well, if there are any OC's there will be notes added to give you more of an insite on them.

1. This is a Fairy Tail fanfiction where Lucy never actually joined Fairy Tail, but instead joins Sabertooth.

2. I know Sabertooth was a small and very unknown guild before the Tenrou Island incident, but I have created characters to exist in the guild before it becomes the Sabertooth we all were introduced to and lets be honest hated that we loved because the members that were prominent were kinda bad ass even though they were dicks.

3. All characters are the ages that they would have been throughout the actual Fairy Tail universe. (So Rogue and Sting are 12 just like Wendy when this all begins)

4. I do have a plan that will make it so that all the ages of the characters match up to what we know them to be from watching/reading Fairy Tail and the only one that will actually remain 12, even though she should be older will of course be Wendy just like in Fairy Tail itself.

5. You will learn this in early chapters so it's not really going to be a secret for long, Lucy does have a past with those of the Fairy Tail guild due to her mother in this story while also having been the one to watch over the portal.

6. Lucy's mother manages to live somewhat longer that in the actual timeline.

7. The story is told from Lucy's perspective, unless it's a little bonus chapter and stated to be in another perspective.
