I bit my lip as I sat in the lobby. I always get nervous before entering the ship. I am really new to this. I've only had training. This one is the real one. Everyone around me had real experience, and I was, of course, the weakest.
A few were talking to each other, like Cyan and Brown. Cyan had blonde hair and stickers all over. Brown looked older than Cyan and had brown hair with black roots. They seem to know each other well, they were laughing and everything.
Pink came up to me, having a cheerful and innocent attitude. She had her pink hair down with two buns and a cherry clip. She stood at around 5'4. My head quickly perked. I didn't expect anyone to come up to me.
"Hi, White!" she said, she sounded excited.
"Uhm, hello-" I murmured. Pink gave a large grin to me before interrupting.
"I know your new and all. If you need any help with a task or anything, just call for me! I've been here for a while." I'd give a nod and she nodded back with a grin before walking away. That was a weird conversation... Although, I felt maybe I could trust her. I probably needed help anyway.
I put on my helmet as the alert began,

We were assigned a mission to just explore a new planet. Simple enough... The planet that we were assigned to explore did have some signs of other life, but it wasn't confirmed. That's why we were sent. It would take a little to get there, so maybe I can learn more about the ship and tasks.
I was at electrical doing my task of fixing wires for the second day. As I did, Black was calibrating the distributor near me. I bit my lips as I tried and tried again. I exhaled a tiny sigh as my attempts at splicing the wires all failed.
"Do you need any help?" Black asked in an unsympathetic tone. I'd looked over to Black. He was tall, maybe 6'1. He had black to white hair with black eyes, staring at me coldly. I'd look at him silently for a moment as he waited for a response.
I'd freak out before admitting, "Yes, uhm, I do-" He'd walk over and began to help, explaining how.
Wait, why is he doing this? I thought, looking at him as he explained. Once he finished explaining, I gave a tiny nod, only catching a few words due to me being lost in my thoughts.
"Wha- Wait- can you say that again?" I asked before receiving a brooding stare with a following no. I nodded and just tried. I spliced the wires a few more times before finally getting it.
"Good." Black walked back to finish his task, closing the distributor, and walking out.
I was left in confusion. I'd never expected him to help me. He often just was alone and off doing his tasks, he never really seemed to care about others. I stood in electrical for a few moments, just thinking about those few moments, before walking out towards navigation to fix the next set of wires.

"It was red!"
Pink exclaimed loudly. We sat around the middle cafeteria table, all looking at each other.
"What the hell makes you think that?" Red snapped back. "I haven't been to electrical all day!"
Long story short, Pink found Dark Green's body dead in electrical, all bloodied up. It can't be an accident from the looks of it. There was nothing or no one around, except Red, Pink reports. Some of us disposed of the body just earlier. We all know it was one of us who killed him, but who? Nothing like this has happened before, and we can't contact anyone for help and we can't go back.
I noticed Black staring at me the whole time. Does he think I'm suspicious? It reminds me of earlier today. I still can't wrap my head around...
"But you were near electrical right before I went in!" Pink hissed. I snapped out of my thoughts.
"Uhm, can you guys not..?" Dark Blue said, "We can settle this in a more hasty manner-"
"What makes you think I went in! Green probably died before I was even near!" Red interrupted. Red and Pink just completely ignored Blue's advice and just continued to argue until we decided on a plan.
We all decided to vote on our tablets. Our tablets already had a voting system on it for other things, so it seemed like the best option. Of course, Red voted for pink and Pink voted for Red. The rest, including me, decided to just vote for no one for now.
Who could have done it?
