You tired ch.1

-GRACE'S POV-

"Grace you have really messed up this time!" "I mess up all the time. What's new?" Man, Mr. Grumpy can really get on my nerves. "An Ostrich?!? Why an ostrich?"

"How did you know it was me?"
"On the sides it said Grace Rocks!" That was a nice touch if I say so myself. Here I am in the principles office....again.

"A 2 months suspension." Alright, I shrug my shoulders and walk out.

"Ruby! Cade!" Class ended and here they are. My best friends. Ruby was quiet and awesome and Cade's full name is Cadeutes. He is smart and cool.
Ruby comes up to me and says "So, how long this time?" I smirk and reply "2months." Cade blurts out " He is getting harsher." I shrug and giggle. So what?

Ruby and Cade start laughing. "So what are you going to do?" Cade asks. Huh, I never really thought about that.

I didn't reply. "Well, pizza and video games it is!" We both almost die of laughter. But, I guess he's right.

There are about 3 classes left. I go to the first and when I walk in everyone is cheering.

I guess the Ostrich idea was pretty good. I bowed and said thank you. I sit down and all I hear is "How'd you do it?" "How long are you gone?" "When you gonna be back?" I nod and put 2 fingers up. I start choking with giggles saying to come up. I can't believe the credit.

The teach walked in. Everyone immediately stopped and sat down. She gives me a dirty look. "So today class we are going to page 342 in your textbook." I opened it and read. "A poem by David Mathews-" I zoned out after that. I already read it.

After the classes I head home. Cade and Ruby come too. "Let's order pizza to get you started." Geez Cade. "Fine but you pay." He gives me puppy dog eyes. I roll my eyes.
We step inside and get to snacks. Cookies and Cheetos. Mmm, my favorite!
The door bell rings. Rinnnggg, brinngg, riinnngggg. "Pizzas here!" Cheese only

I love cheese pizza. Ruby gets it and runs back. "What did you do this time?" She glances at me and blushes. She is such a flirt. "I maybe asked him his number." She says barely above a whisper. I roll my eyes and smirk. Crazy Ruby!

When the pizza is finished we all head to my room. My mom dashes in.

She glares at me. "An Ostrich? Really?" My face turns hot. "I...um.." I stutter. She is smiling and trying to hold a laugh in.

"I thought you were better then that! And the best you could do was an ostrich." I laugh. I love my mom.

My dad never comes home often. He and mom love to fight.( sarcasm detected)

Mom hugged me and asked how long. "2 months." I said proudly. She smiled and walked out.

Tonight is movie night. Cade picks a movie.

"Ugh, Mulan. Really?" I groaned.
"Whattt?" He said in his whiny voice.

We watch and eat Cheetos of course. We all fall asleep around the middle of the movie. Whoops.

"Grace? Do you want breakfast?"

I moaned. Ruby asked me in her morning voice, which was very quiet.

Donuts! My favorite.
I grab one and shove it while in my mouth.

Cade and Ruby look at me in disgust. I burst out laughing. I take another one and do the same thing.

Ruby took one and shoved it in her mouth too. Then Cade. I love them.

"Well, that was delicious." I nodded my head. It's Saturday.

Cade, Ruby, and I went to the mall. We all bought new shoes. I got Converse, Ruby bought Uggs, and Cade got Nikes.

Then Ruby and I we clothes shopping.
"Grace! Grace, look!!" I turned around to find beanies. I love those. We bought a couple.

"Wow! That was so fun!" Ruby squealed. "I know right?!?" Cade screamed. "Ok! Ok, you guys are piercing my ears!!"

That quieted them down. We all laughed and giggled.

We drove home, well to my house.

Cade and I clasped on the sunkissed golden couch.

Ruby unloaded on my bed. She started breathing heavily.

"Ru, you ok?" I called.

She nodded and chuckled. "Yo, you awake?" Cade followed. Ruby sat up and rolled her eyes.

"Yes Cade" she said sarcastically.

"What are you doing? Sitting being lazy."

"Na, I'm making a cheese sandwich....yes I'm being lazy like always, duh."
I love when we have sarcastic offs.

My turn. "You guys must 'love' each other!"

They both blushed and took pillows.
Uh, oh!
"Pillow fight!!" Screamed Ruby as she threw a pillow at me.

"Oh, so you wanna play it that way!"

We fell on the floor and laughed. This was going to be a good day.
