[Chapter 9] Helping hand

Your POV
"Y/n."

I did not mind the voice and continue to sleep.

"Y/n wake up. Look your sister's here!" Ryujin said joyfully which made my senses alive.

"Y/n. Unnie is here." Her voice traveled my ears and that made me excited.

I opened my eyes and saw Unnie smiling at me.

"Here's your breakfast." Ryujin then left the room for us to have some time together.

She cooked bacon and pancakes which i really love. Instead of getting mad i am now focusing on her being here, i don't know what are the words to say but all i know is that happiness is overflowing inside my soul. It felt like the walls that i've built are completely destroyed, and i am happy that it's destroyed by her. I really missed my Unnie so much.

"Why did you leave?"

"It's too early for questions Y/n. You must have a hang over." She caressed my cheek and smiled at me once again. I just nodded, I can't feel anything but happiness. I hugged her tightly and tears began to flow. I am thankful the my Unnie came back, and at the same time i know this moment would end very soon.

I can feel the tears flowing down on my cheek. I opened my eyes and found myself inside these four corners. Nothing new, no one here. I began to cry quietly pained about what i've dreamt, heavy breaths escaping my mouth as if i'm dying. I can't contain my emotions when it comes to Chaeyoung unnie.

I rushed into the bathroom and luckily there's no one in the corridor. I continued sobbing and finding it hard to breathe when Ryujin opened the door. Right. I forgot to lock the door. Stupid y/n.

"H-hey? What's wrong?" She asked hesitantly.

"Uhh nothing just a bad dream." I wiped my tears and washed my face. I walked passed her but she hurriedly called my name.

"Y/n. I-uhh if you need someone to listen to you, i'm here." I am touched about what i heard and i stared at her long enough to make her feel embarrassed unknowingly. Her face turned red and she acted like she's being accused wrongly.

"U-Uhh well you know because as your leader i wanna know how you feel so don't be shy to uhm—"

"Okay!" Her reactions at least made me smile and chuckle.

"Ahh yeah. Right okay. After you do your thing come down to the basement we'll have a meeting." She then walked away shyly that just made me giggle. I quickly grabbed an apple and followed her to the basement, upon entering the room i noticed 5 girls talking with each other seriously. This is a new sight.

"What's this all about?" I asked while biting on my apple.

"Uhh yeah we'll have a transaction today, later at 11pm." Chaeryeong explained.

"What kind of transaction?"

"Uhh you know, drugs." Yuna answered like she's so used to it. Can't imagine this kid dealing with a drug lord.

"Yeah this will be your first task y/n. We'll have you there to show you how to do things." Yeji handed me a layout of what we are going to do and how are we gonna do it.

"If you have questions just ask us." Lia tapped my shoulder and stole the apple from me. She then went back upstairs. My anxiousness grew as i read the papers. To think that i'll be meeting a drug lord later is already enough to make my body shiver in nervousness.

"Yup yup. Feel free to ask." Ryujin then sat beside me while i'm reading the papers.

"Don't panic, and of course if something went wrong think of how to save yourself first before saving others." She smiled at me and next thing i knew i was left alone in the basement. Everyone seems to have a copy of this paper and they continue on reading it throughout the day.
