Arabian's Birthday

Happy 31st Birthday, Nadia!

The date was October 16th, 2020. Nadia al Akhtar [Arabian] is on her computer talking with her friend Toshani Kumar [Tyrol] and Toshani's niece Naureen Sharma [Noble].

Tyrol: Happy birthday, Nadia.

Arabian: Aw, thanks, Toshani. Thanks, Naureen.

Noble: What's been new in your life?

Arabian: Not much. I still live on my own.

Tyrol: So, are you going to do anything special on your birthday?

Arabian: Eh, I'm probably not going to do much, because of the pandemic going around still.

Noble: I know what you mean.

Tyrol: What about you, Naureen? You have someone special in your life, don't you?

Noble: I do, but his parents...

Arabian: What about them? Are they strict?

Noble: They are. I can't even see them in person because of this pandemic. Only on Zoom, like what we're doing now.

Arabian: Wait a minute. Are you talking about Aitetsu Hoshino?

Noble: Yeah. How do you know?

Arabian: I heard Toshani talk about him, his sister Suou, and their parents one time.

Tyrol: They're a Muslim family, like we are. However, they have this thing with birthdays.

Arabian: What kind of thing?

Tyrol: They don't celebrate them. At all. Shigure and Momiji don't let their children celebrate their own birthday.

Noble: That's mean! I would hate that my parents did that with me.

Tyrol: But they're trying to make things better next year.

Arabian: Tell me more about Aitetsu, Naureen. What's he like?

Noble: Well, he has blonde hair like pretty much all of the Len modules, has purple eyes...he's disabled...

Arabian: You mean...he's in a wheelchair?

Noble: Yeah. He suffered a spinal cord injury when he was a baby. But his house is wheelchair-accessible. He even has a stair chair at his house.

Arabian: Does he ever leave the wheelchair at all?

Noble: Yes. Whenever he goes to sleep, or when he uses the restroom. Those are the only times, however.

Arabian: May I see a picture of him?

Noble: I think I have one on my phone somewhere.

She showed a picture of Aitetsu, Suou, Shigure and Momiji.

Arabian: Okay. That's a good picture, Naureen.

Tyrol: Well, Naureen and I better end the chat here. Have a good birthday, Nadia.

Arabian: I will.

And so, the 3 modules left Zoom.
