A/N: I seriously don't know whether what I am writing makes sense to people who are reading this. The new part is entirely new with a different concept. It is nowhere related to the first time I had published this.

...

Maya was discharged the next day and instead of going back to her house, she was taken to Roy Mansion. she reached Roy Mansion after her discharge, she walked upstairs. She was absent-minded and lost thinking of Rudra and her acts. But she yelped as she missed a step. Being her guardian angel, Rudra just held her at the right time and he could see what was going inside her. Her hand was placed on her abdomen.

Without any words, Maya just walked forward and she went into their room with the hand not moving from their handle. As she opened her wardrobe, she found it to be the way it was before.

Picking a pair of clothes, she went inside the bathroom. Even though they crossed their path, no one bothered to speak. He knew that Maya would take time so he left the room. Running the shower off, she had heard the door close. Sitting in the cubicle, she hugged herself to her knees and swayed herself. She knew that she was losing it.

She was guilty of manipulating him into this but she had no other way. He wouldn't have accepted her or at least thought about it until this had happened. She was paving a way for the little soul but at the same time, she was cheating him.

She yelped in her place when the bathroom door opened with Rudra standing there. He had a knowing look on his face. She was trying to stand up but he said," Be careful! There's water underneath you."

" Rudra, I" She stumbled with her words while Rudra came forward and made her sit down on the closed toilet set. Maya was looking down while Rudra asked, " You were very brave enough to risk her life for the safety of your baby and you tried to make me a fool yet again. I can understand you as a mother who wanted his/her safety. But as a partner? Is it because you think that my revenge can bounce back any time?"

She didn't miss the tone of disappointment that rang in her ears. The justifications and the words she wanted to use was stuck in her throat. As Rudra knelt on the watery floor, he held her hands," We are in our own extremes and we can understand what extremities we've been through. Why can't you just speak when I spoke about mine? Why do you have to harm yourself if you want to become a mother?"

His eyes which showed the perfect definition for love needed answers and she knew it too.

"Rishi..." She trailed off while he smiled and asked," Did you ever love me to trust me enough?"

At that moment, her eyes met his and she looked into his eyes.

"You had enough love to save me from Vikram but didn't you know what you meant to me? What you did was selfish! Didn't you know that I would have been there?"

"Will, you ever accept someone whose mother is your brother's murderer? Rishi... He will not leave us because of the scar we have and maybe, I don't trust you because you had tried to shoot me. Do you know why you did that? It's because of the brotherhood you lost because of me. No love is greater than one's own family until and unless there is something strong like MJ."

At one point, he too knew what he did was out of love for his brother. He had tried to kill Maya! What would have happened if Maya had died? He had experienced it, not once but twice! He knew that he would also be stoic!
