Now, that is one hell of a cast. There are stories with larger casts than this, however this is far more characters to what I'm used to. Anyways, I should probably address the time periods.
1945 - Only Peggy is from this time. This is after Steve went into the ice, but only by around a month.
1995 - Carol Danvers is from this time, however she has already experienced the events of her movie at this point.
2012 - Agent Phil Coulson is from this time, and this is before the events of The Avengers. Yes, I know in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. it's revealed he didn't die there, but not many people watch the Marvel TV shows, and I don't want to confuse people (A/N: That's also why there aren't any Marvel TV Characters in the story.)
2013 - Frigga and Odin are from this time, and they come from just before the events of Thor: The Dark World.
2014 - Groot and Yondu are from this time period, and this is after Guardians Vol. 1 but before Guardians Vol. 2
2015 - Bruce Banner, Clint Barton and The Ancient One are all from this time period. It's after Age of Ultron, but before the events of Ant-Man (though that doesn't really matter for them)
2016 - The people from this time period haven't experienced Civil War yet.
2018 - The people from this time period are from before the events of Infinity War and Ant-Man and the Wasp (A/N: Steel retrieved Janet from the Quantum Realm so she could be here, I guess.)
2024 - The people from this period are from before the events of Spider-Man: Far From Home.
