Percy POV:
I woke with a pounding headache (A/N: foreshadowing I think yes) and my ears were ringing loudly. "Uuuuugh." I groaned and rolled over onto Nico. I turned on my phone and was flooded by messages from my mom. "Fuck." I muttered loudly, waking sleeping beauty. "What?" Nico asked. "I forgot to tell my mom I was staying over. I am in deep shit." I checked the time, 7:21 am. My mom would be up so I called her cell prepared to be screamed at.
"Hello?" I asked.
"PERSEUS JACKSON WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN?" I winced slightly as she was screaming into my ear. "Sorry-" I started to be interrupted. "SORRY DOES NOT CUT IT! IVE BEEN WORRIED SICK ALL NIGHT ABOUT WHERE YOUVE BEEN! YOU COULD HAVE BEEN KIDNAPPED OR WORSE!" "Mom! I was visiting Nico's family and by the time we finished up with everything it was really late!" "Oh." She said stunned. "Bye mom be home later." And I hung up. "Pissed off mom much?" Nico laughed. I slapped him with a pillow. "Only when she wants to be." I groaned and rolled over back onto my pillow. "Nico?" "Yeah Percy?" "Do you think we'll be together forever?" "Honestly?" "Honestly." I said. "I think we'll be together until we die and then be together in whatever comes after." "And Nico?" "Yes Percy?" Nico seemed to be getting annoyed. "Do you have any Advil, I have an awful headache."
