Yunho's POV
(3 day time skip)

I hung up my apron, walked out the back door of the noodle shop  and got in the car. I drove over to the McDonald's and started to get out.

I walked around the corner, intending to wait for the two boys by the door. I immediately knew something was wrong.

They were both sitting on the small, rusty bench by the curb. Jungho was speaking softly to a trembling Jaeho, rubbing his back soothingly. "What happened?" I asked, panicked.

They both looked up at me, Jaeho's red face carved with tear tracks. It was slightly swollen from crying. "I di-dn't plac-ce the forks the r-right way." He explained quietly, trying to dash the tears out of his eyes.

I glanced over at Jungho. His eyes were burning with fury. "The idoit slapped him in the face." He said, his voice full of angry venom. "What!?" He should get fired!...He's gonna get much worse than that now.

I smiled comfortingly as I helped them to the car. I briefly glanced back at the grimy building. I'll see you later. You'll regret ever touching my family.

We drove back to the apartment, settling down for a movie night. They both changed into pajamas, and I wrapped Jaeho up in a blanket. He slipped into headspace, and for the rest of the night, my went on autopilot, catering to the small boy's needs.

Once I made sure the two younger boys were asleep, I snuck back out, locking the door behind me. That stupid pig isn't gonna get away with hurting my brother. I drove quickly through the dark streets, back to the McDonald's. I noticed that the lights were still on in the back. I crept around to the back, silently opened a window, and climbed inside.

I could hear the stout man clanging around the kitchen a few meters away. I put on some plastic gloves and took my knife out of the sheath on my belt. Dropping to a crouch, I crawled forward around the metal appliances, towards the sound of heavy breathing. Finally, I could see a small glimpse of the man around a corner.

Getting a good grip on the knife handle, I spun around the corner and grabbed him by the shoulder. He jumped, whipping his head around to face me. I slammed the knife down, and it cut through the skin like it was butter, landing between the man's collar and shoulder bones. His right arm jolted as his eyes widened in shock and pain.

"Why'd you hit him, huh?" I asked in a whisper. "Wh-what?...Who?" He asked, his voice trembling. I chuckled slightly at his stupidity. "Oh well...You're gonna die anyway." I commented, grabbing his hair and pulling his head back. "What... N-no!" He stuttered, struggling.

Oh, stop it." I chastised, pushing his head onto the stovetop behind us with my upper arm. He continued to struggle as I raised the knife again. I brought it down hard, the handle hitting his lips.

They split open, blood gushing down his face. A few of his front teeth had cracked apart. He groaned, dazed. I grinned, enjoying the man's pain. "I'm gonna make you regret ever being born, you slimy bottomfeeder."
