When I opened the door I would never thought. Sam and Nick would be together, my heart broke at the sight. Sam turned around and the smile she was wearing was turned into a worried look.
Nick turned around and his eyes said everything. Here I thought he loved me and cared. Good thing I didn't let him mark me.
" Cassie. please stop let me explain!" My ex best friend in the whole world called out to me. Tears were running down my face. Then something in me snapped. I turn around and face them.

"You know what let ME explain what happen, I trusted you with the person that meant the world to me. Sam you were here when I lost my family. everything .you were all I had and then what, you though hell she will never find out. Me and you are done, cause I can't look at you as my best friend all I see is a slut that use to mean something to me."
She was sobbing and she keep on say I'm so sorry.

" And you." Went and looked nick in the eye . " You! I never ever though you would hurt me so badly. When you said that you loved me, I thought you meant it. and wanted to wait to mark me. Now I know the truth. you wanted my best friend to be the queen luma." He hasn't said a thing to me which pissed me off. " you know what I'm done with you. I CASSIE ELIZABETH GRAY HATE YOU!" I could see something in his eyes but I don't know what .
I picked up my bag, which had my money, key and other items in it. I walked out and shut the door. The whole pack had sadness and anger in there eyes and on there face. I could hear Sam crying and yelling out my name.
As I was about to leave little Annabelle walks up to me and hugs me., she was nicks sister. This made me cry harder then before. I will never see her again, by now everyone had tears in there eyes. " Please don't go." Sweet Annabelle said. Tears are running fast down her face. " I know baby girl but, I have to leave. I miss you" I looked up and said as best as I could " I will miss you all. " With that I left....

Three years later:
I woke up in sweat and tears. Another night mare about that day. I looked over and see my boyfriend max's. His an alpha of the dark moon pack. He is the one who saved me. Nick never tried and look for me, which only hurt my wolf more. I heard that Nick marked Sam after I left. That night my whole body was crying. I was praying to the moon goddess to make it stop. Max was there the whole time. Max's mate died a little before I came here. Our pack is the second best in the world. Family always comes first. My wolf still loves Nick but, her and Max's wolf grown to love each other.
If your wondering why I have been have night mares for a while it because, in one week Nicks pack will be coming to the moon light ball. And we have to go under the order himself. He doesn't know that I'm the luma of this pack, because I changed my name. Max understand why I changed my name. Now that I think more about it I changed a lot. I have blonde hair short, craves for days, strong, and I'm more hard core. If you put my family in any danger I will kill you.

I got up and kissed max then looked at the calendar, one more week till the big bad wolf comes.
