Yaya Yuiki x Rima Mashiro [Shugo Chara]

Good Morning.

As the sun rose, Yaya opened her eyes. 'Morning,' she groaned sleepily to herself. As she opened her eyes, she was greeted by her Chara, Pepe. "Good morning, Yaya! Dechu~" Although Yaya knew her life was abnormal to most children, seeing as she was literally magical girl material. Yaya sleepily rose from her bed and began to get ready for the day, pondering on previous events in her life and how they made her feel. As she walked into the kitchen, and sat down at the table for breakfast, her mother walked in the room with Yaya's baby sister. Though she had slight protest, she kept quiet on the "baby of the family" charade. She soon finished eating and headed out for school, as she opened the door she saw a car drive by. Rima stuck her head out the window and waved to Yaya as the car drove away, Yaya quickly waved back as the vehicle turned corners and disappeared. Yaya smiled to herself and said, "Today is going to be fun!"

She soon made her way to school, as she walked up to the gates, she saw one of her bestest friends. Hinamori Amu. "Amu-Chii!" She yelled out with enthusiasm. "Hey, Yaya, Pepe." Amu said. Ran, Miki, Su. (This is before the incident where Ikuto is set free from EASTER.) Soon, Yaya turned over and looked down the hill to find Rima running whilst panting heavily. As she made it up to the two she caught her breathe. "Good morning Yaya, Amu, Pepe, Ran, Miki, Su." Rima said. "Let's head inside, we have a lot of work to do today I hear, seeing as the exam results went in we have to organize each students portfolio and make sure they get to the correct classroom." Tadase said as he walked up. The other 3 nodded and went along inside of the building. A crowd gathered around them all, seeing as they are the Guardians, it's normal to them. They soon made their way to the Royal Garden.

Rima walked up to Yaya and nudged her gently, Yaya smiled and grabbed the other girls hand. Nagihiko glanced over at the scene, he smiled and opened the doors to the garden. Everyone thanked him and walked in, though when Rima sat down, Yaya came over and gave her some rosters for each grade level. "This might help us when the Chairman arrives with the scores." Yaya said. Everyone else nodded and sat down, preparing for the long day. As soon as they all got comfy, Chairmen arrived and they all groaned in irritation. "You kids look like you've woken up on the wrong side of the bed today, what's wrong?" He asked. "When will we get a break??" Yaya pouted. Since the school year is in its testing phase, the Guardians have been very busy. "It's alright. Seeing as most of the teachers will be back soon I'd say you'd have 1-2 days left of this before you're set free." He'd reply. "Let's give it our all guys, we'll be out of this soon." Amu said, everyone nodded and got back to work.

As Rima was marking scores, her mechanical pencil snapped in half due to the pressure she was putting on it. The poor girl was stressed out. Yaya noticed this and walked over, she went up and gave Rima a spare pencil. "Thank you, Yaya." Rima said, as Yaya was walking away Rima tugged at the younger girls' skirt. Yaya turned around, confused she asked, "Yes, Rima?" Rima just stared at her, to Yaya's surprise, she quickly realized that Rima was becoming very shy. "Rima?" She asked. Rima grabbed Yaya's hand, then Yaya said, "Oh, I see, you wanted to hold hands." Rima nodded slowly. The two stayed that way for a bit until, "Hey, how come you guys aren't working?" Amu asked. Rima flushed in embarrassment and then it hit her, 'Why am I acting this way?' She'd ask herself while looking at Yaya. "Um, Rima wanted me for something." Yaya said. Rima smiled, "Yes, I wanted to treat Yaya to some sweets after school." She said, though that's a lie. She originally had no idea on what she was going to say, and to not embarrass herself, she made something up. Though she still agrees with the thought of taking Yaya out for sweets.

"Rima and Yaya are good friends, desu!" Su said, getting a nod from Miki. No one else really understood what the two meant by that. Nagihiko looked over at the two, he knew exactly what Su meant, but kept quiet. As Yaya went to sit back down they all began to work quietly again, which lasted about 2 hours before they were completely done. Rima sighed in relief, and rose from her seat. "Good grief..." She muttered under her breath. Yaya came over and said, "Hey, Rima? What's it like to be driven to school?" Rima thought for a moment. "I guess all I can say is there isn't much walking..." Rima replied. "Well, now that we're finally finished, it would be a good time to head to class." Nagihiko said. Everyone agreed and parted ways. Though, Rima had a question for Nagihiko.
