Hogwarts Champions

I woke up this morning in a lethal mood, Serena knew the minute I woke up today not to push my buttons, because today was the day the names were being taken of the goblet and it would reveal who was going to be representing Hogwarts in the competition ........ and it wasn't going to be me.
After i had brushed my teeth ect, Serena and I headed to Room of Requirements where the names were going to be revealed. There wasn't a word spoken between us before Serena told me she was going to meet up with Seamus her new so called boyfriend.
Seamus and Serena have been going out for about three weeks and i didn't speak to her for the first one because he was a Gryffindor. I got over it eventually, it took some convincing though.
I never really had a boyfriend before, not including when Draco and I would hold hands in first year but that doesn't count. I guess i never really found anyone that was right for me or should i say could put up with me long enough for anything to actually happen.

I put my name in the Goblet four days ago. I really only put it in there for a laugh. I would never get picked so i thought why not.
Dorian and i were in the Room of Requirements waiting for Dumbledore to come and take the names out if the goblet.
Dumbledore entered with Professor McGonagall and Professor Moody. He placed his hand inside the Goblet, the first name that came out of the cup was Victor Krum. It was expected to be honest since he was one of the best quidditch players in the world. Id never seen someone move like he does on a broom before I went to the World Cup this summer before everything went to shit.
The second name to come out of then cup was Fleur Delacour. The smile that came onto her face was utterly beautiful, I was genuinely happy for her, I really was, even here in Hogwarts we heard stories about THE FLEUR DELACOUR.
Next was the big announcement, who was going to represent Hogwarts. It was no secret that Nadia Fox was planing on putting her name in the Goblet and she probably would have got picked, even though she was the most hot headed person and was just plain annoying most of the time, she would have been the best pick for the tournament but since she was only 16 it was a mystery who was going to be chosen.
Dumbledore finished up congratulating the other two champions as he took the piece of paper out of the cup and read out the name
"Cedric Diggory"
I think i heard that wrong because everyone turned to me and started cheering and congratulating me.
Me Cedric Diggory was going to be competing in the Tri-wizard tournament, and i wasn't one bit prepared.
Great this was going to be interesting.
After everyone settled down and i just about got my head around becoming Hogwarts champion. The Goblet Of Fire became engulfed in flames and the room became still. A fourth piece of paper soared out of the goblet and right into Dumbledores hand. He looked just as shocked as we did as he read out the name,
"Harry Potter"
As far as i knew he was only 15 and didn't actually put his name in the cup. How was this possible. I knew the chap from meeting him at the world cup, nice guy, talented wizard but not as half experienced in spells as the other champions of the tournament. We were in 6th year and he was in 4th. I felt bad for the guy he was way out of his league even more then i was. There it was my inner Hufflepuff coming out again he was my competition at the end of the day, but i then decided that i was going to keep an eye out for him and help him along. It was the least i could do.
