maddy was pissed.
you blew her off to hang out with cassie for the third time this week.
she understood you were best friends but it still annoyed her and made her feel like cassie was more important to you.you noticed that she was acting colder towards you and you hated it. maddy was always a bit more closed off but never like this, you felt like she wouldn't even look at you which upset you deeply.
the smallest things would make her snap at you.
so you figured you'd ask her what's wrong."maddy, what's going on?"
the brunette looked at you blankly
"i don't know. ask cassie"
now you were confused. what did cassie have to do with this? did cassie tell her something that could've made her mad at you? last you checked you didn't to anything wrong so what was going on?
you sat there thinking about what she could be so mad about when it hit you;
maddy was jealous.
you grinned at her which kind of irritated her.
"maddy are you jealous?"
maddy looked at you with bewilderment. yes she was jealous but it's not like she was going to tell you that.
"no?"
you smiled and took her in your arms moving back onto the couch.
"you areeee"
maddy scoffed
"get off of me you weirdo''
laughing you only hugged her tighter not letting her go even when she struggled. after a bit she just stopped and started to hug you back.
you moved back to look at her, brushing a piece of her air behind her ear.
"why are you jealous maddy?"
the brunette refused to meet your eyes, suddenly embarrassed of being jealous. cassie and you grew up together, you were basically sisters.
"i was jealous because you would blow me off for cassie so much"
you suddenly felt bad. you didn't even notice how much you hung out with cassie.
"i'm sorry mads"
you pulled the girl closer, kissing all over her face which caused a smile to appear.
"i'm sorry for being jealous"
you felt bad, you didn't mean to make her feel this way
"don't be. it's okay"
maddy cuddled further into you and
you spent the whole day making sure she knew how much you loved her.
