"What's my cute little Dory so curious about?", the man peered over the shoulder of the boy.
"P'Tae, what's all this?", the boy asked with interest.
"They are the floor plans of the resorts that I am planning to build here, baby", Tae said sitting near the boy.
"Ohhh...", the boy sang tracing his fingers over the lines in the paper.
"Do you like it?", Tae asked eagerly.
The boy nodded fast.
Really?", Tae raised his eyebrows.
"Hmmm... I... I don't really understand anything, P'Tae", the boy said pouting, "I am sorry for being foolish"
"Hey, it's okay... there is nothing to apologize", Tae said stroking the boy's hair, "Not everyone knows everything".
The boy nodded again and gave the papers to Tae.
"Do you want me to explain?", Tae asked receiving the papers, "It's not foolish to not know about something. But it's foolish if you are not willing to learn when you get an opportunity to learn".
The boy blinked and nodded again, "Will you teach me?"
Tae chuckled and ruffled his hair, "Of course, but I am strict teacher, so listen carefully", he warned.
Twenty minutes of explanation and all the boy did was to nod every second.
"So, now tell me... what do you feel about my design?", Tae asked eagerly after explaining his design to the boy.
"They are nice, P'Tae", the boy answered honestly, "I can imagine it to be better than the resort I work in now"
"Really? Thank you na...", Tae pinched the boy's cheeks making him giggle, "Baby... Do you have a dream house?", Tae asked scooting closer and holding the boy's hands in his.
"A dream house?", the boy asked puzzled.
Tae nodded, "Yes, a house where you want to spend your future. Hmmm how big it should be... where do you want it to be.... what kind of decor you like... something like that..."
The boy looked confused and shook his head slowly.
"Don't you have any dreams or desires on how your home should look like?", Tae asked in surprise and the boy shook his head again.
"It's okay", Tae smiled, "Tell me what you want in a place, which would make you think 'Ahhh I can settle down here...' "
The boy blinked again, "I... I don't know"
"Just try, baby, tell me what you usually look for in a place if you are going to stay somewhere", Tae asked again.
"Hmmm...", the boy thought for a while, "a roof that doesn't leak when it rains... and... and unbroken windows to keep the cold wind out. Then... hmmm... a small cot with a blanket and a door... yes, a very strong door which doesn't open no matter how much it is knocked or kicked", the boy talked fast without any hesitation.
Tae sat stunned while the boy just blinked again waiting for Tae's reaction. Tae pulled the boy close and hugged him tightly.
