Chapter 1

Michael's P.O.V

"Michael wake up you re going to be late for school" My mum screams. "I'm getting up" I yell back as i pull myself out of bed and quickly  change into my black skinny jeans and Blink 182 shirt. Once I'm dressed i run down stairs grabbing my bag and stuffing some money for lunch into the front pocket. I yell a quick goodbye to my mum and the run out the door almost missing my bus.

When I'm on the bus I take a free seat near the back and shove my headphones in playing Lullabies by ATL when I feel a tap on my shoulder. I groan turning around "What do you want" I say to a blond who has a lip piercing. "Um I'm Luke are you new or something cause no one at our school has green hair" he says smiling. "Uh yeah I'm Michael" I say.

I continue talking to Luke on the way to school. Once we get off the bus a girl with purple hair comes speeding past on a skate board knocking me over my leg hit her board causing her to fall on top of me. "shit sorry I didn't mean to hit you" she says smiling brushing off her knees before turning to Luke. "who is this kid I've never seen him before" she says to him. "This is Michael" he tells the girl. She turns to me " Hey Michael I'm Alana and btw I love blink 182 " she says and that's when I realize she's wearing an ATL shirt. "Holy shit I love your shirt" I say to Alana. "Thanks they're like my favourite band" She replies. Me, Alana and Luke continue to talk about bands until 3 more people walk over to us. 

''Hey guys this is Michael he's new and he has an amazing taste in music" Alana says to the 3 strangers then turns to me and states " The blondish one is Ashton, the chick is Emily Luke's girlfriend and the Asian one is Calum" " Bloody hell Alana for the last time I'm Kiwi not Asian" Calum says in an annoyed voice. " I know but its funny to annoy you" Alana smirks making Emily giggle. " So what are you guys here for" I ask the group " well all of us are here for music except Alana shes here for sport even though she takes advanced music with all off us what about you" Luke says. "I'm here for Music as well" I say shyly. '' What does everyone have first" Ashton asks "Um Luke, Calum and I have Art" Emily says. " I've got 2 period Gym" Alana says smiling "Um I've got gym as well" I say "You guys suck I've got Math eww" Ashton says as the bell rings. I say bye and walk to Gym with Alana as the others walk away.
