"One helluva neighbor you got over there," I tell Alex as he rubs his arm
"She's not normally like that, but I think I made her upset," Alex responds
"What did you do?" Max asks
"I tried to kiss her last night," Alex replies
I slap him on the back of the head.
"You're an idiot," I tell him
"I know, I told her sorry, but clearly that didn't go very well." Alex winces
"Then we should go to the rodeo tonight and you can try to apologies again," Luke suggests
"That's actually not a terrible idea," I say
"Well it's noon, we should go tell Lauren that we're going with her." Max
On that note, we get up walk back to Lauren's place.
"We come in peace, please don't hurt me again," Alex says when we approach said girl
"Lemme guess you guys wanna come to the rodeo tonight, feel free to follow me," Lauren says as she's giving a horse a bath
Max, Luke, and I stare wide-eyed and Alex responds with.
"Yeah, pretty much."
"Great, go get them in something else, and don't feel special, I'm being forced to give this to you," Lauren speaks handing an envelope to Alex
"We'll be back here at 3:30," Alex says
