Chapter 11

(3rd P.V)

In all positive outcomes, Ryan was right, his girlfriend was a natural in fire runes, it made him slightly jelly to know that Slade prefer his girlfriend to train more than him, but that was okay to him, because then Katie can grow to be tough and strong so she can protect him.

Um-not that he wouldn't protect her also.

"excellent work Katie" Slade praised her, Katie smiled then looked at her boyfriend with a confused look.

Ryan was staring at a huge tree as if he was listening to someone talking, Katie tapped him shoulder but he didn't flinched, instead he moved more closer to the tree.

"Ry you-" Katie was cut off by Ryan by him shushing  her, as he moved forward, he held his hand out as a figure dropped out of the tree.

Ryan smiled and caught the figure and said, "Hello?" 

The figure in his hand was small and very furry, it had a bushy brown color coat with a white stripe.

"Aw~" Katie said, "It's a baby squirrel" she said in awe with cuteness.

The baby squeaked and snuffled.

"Don't worry I'll get you back into the tree" Ryan said, he activated his runes then used one hand to chute fire, while the other kept the baby warm, he flew up and placed the baby in the tree, "Be careful now little one" he said.

Ryan saw it's mother and father cuddle up to it as well as their siblings, they all squeaked at him, Ryan chuckled, "Any time, your welcome" Ryan said as he landed back down, he then felt a pair of arms around him.

"that was so cute" Katie said, Ryan groaned, "Not cute" he muttered.

"How do you do that?" 

Ryan and Katie turned around to face Slade, "Did what?" Ryan asked.

"Know that the squirrel was going to fall" Slade asked, Katie let Ryan go, "Yeah I wanted to ask that to"

Ryan looked confused but then smiled, "Remember how I could speak to Mr Oinkers?" Ryan said.

Katie nodded, Slade was confused, "Who's Mr Oinkers?" he asked.

"It's Ryan's pet pig" Katie answered.

"Those aren't allowed in the dorms!" Slade protested.

Ryan shrugged, "He means no harm, he's a very cleaver pig" he said.

"I don't care, he is being removed" Slade said.

Ryan just laughed, Slade looked frustrated, "Why are you laughing this is a serious matter that we are talking about, you can't have any animals- Katie why are you laughing too?!" he demanded.

Katie and Ryan calmed down a bit, "I'm just laughing cause- pff- your gonna have a bad time getting that pig out of that room" Katie said.

Ryan started laughing again at Katie's sentence, Slade huffed then turned back towards the school, "I am speaking to Petra about this pig issue, don't be surprised if he isn't there is the afternoon" he said as he left.

Ryan calmed down once again and said, "Jokes on him, I'm the Dean's nephew" he said, Katie then burst out laughing, but was falling over Ryan, they both then tripped and fell on the ground with Katie on top of Ryan.

Everything seemed to turn into a fantasy for the two, the birds chirped and sang in the background, while they both looked each other in the eyes as the both blushed.

Ryan smiled and sat up, while Katie moved down closer to his face, and their lips connected with one another, sparks flew in the air as the passion and love between the two blossomed through the air.
