with that, I bolted to the door
thank god I paid attention to gym class
I made it outside the surgery but Maddison was close on my tail
at this point, neither of us had enough energy to carry on the chase
Maddison pov:
people are watching both of us
'can we talk' i said to her
surprisingly she said sure
I offered her $50 to stay quiet about this and she accepted without a word
