Later that night, instead of their normal band practice in the studio, the band decided to have a movie night at Kirishima and Bakugou's place. As Jirou stepped up to their door and knocked, she wondered how things would go. Until yesterday, she didn't even know Kirishima and Bakugou were roommates. It was a surprising thing to hear, but it made sense. The two of them seemed pretty close, and Kirishima was probably one of the only people that could cool down Bakugou's temper.

A few moments after Jirou knocked, the door was opened by Kaminari, complete with a mouthful of popcorn and a bowl of it in his hand. "Come on in Jirou," He said, his voice muffled by the popcorn in his mouth.

Jirou rolled her eyes and chuckled at this, stepping inside the apartment and closing the door. She looked around, examining the place, which was dimly lit by a light in the hall. The walls were painted a tan-ish white color, while the floors were made of beige tiles. Upon walking a few feet through the house, she heard Bakugou scream from somewhere inside the apartment.

"WHICH OF THESE MORONS VOTED ME OFF FOR NO REASON?! I WASN'T THE BASTARD THAT KILLED ORANGE-"

Jirou grimaced, heading towards the direction of the noise with Kaminari trailing behind her. She could hear the sound of him munching on popcorn from a few feet away, the loud, satisfying crunch noise in sync with their quiet footsteps.

"Relax Bakugou, it's just a game," Kirishima's voice said from a room up ahead of them.

Kaminari and Jirou stepped into the room they were in. It was medium-sized, with the same walls and floors. On one wall was a closet, the wooden doors a slightly lighter shade than the apartment floors. A couch and two armchairs were in the center of the room, complete with pillows. An oval rug lay on the floor in the center of that. Across from the couch and against the wall was a TV stand with a TV resting on top.

Bakugou was sitting in one armchair, an enraged expression on his face and a computer in his lap. Kirishima was leaning over the back of the armchair with both his elbows propped up, gazing at the computer screen.

"NO, I WILL NOT RELAX SHITTY HAIR. THESE FOOLS THINK THEY CAN VOTE ME OFF AND GET AWAY WITH IT!"

"Oh hey Jirou!" Kirishima said, noticing the two standing near the doorway.

"Finally," Bakugou growled, tossing the computer away from him.

Kirishima dove forward, catching it right before it hit the ground. He sighed. "You're going to break the computer if you keep throwing it-"

Bakugou's eyebrow twitched, glowering at the redhead for a moment before screaming, "DOES IT LOOK LIKE I CARE?"

"Uh, Bakugou, you might wanna quiet down before we get a noise complaint," Kaminari suggested nervously. "Last time they called the cops on us-"

"WELL I-"

Before he could yell anymore, Kirishima clasped a hand over his mouth and smiled sheepishly. "So, what type of movie do ya guys wanna watch?"

"Anything is fine, really," Jirou said, shrugging. She took a seat on the couch and grabbed a pillow, plopping it into her lap and making herself comfy.

"What about a horror movie?" Kaminari asked.

Kirishima's eyes lit up. "Perfect! Watching a horror movie will be so manly!" He exclaimed, grabbing a remote and turning on the TV.

He and Bakugou sat on the rug, while Kaminari took a seat beside Jirou, the bowl of popcorn still in his hands as he continued to munch on some. Kirishima scrolled through the horror movie choices, with Bakugou and Kaminari indecisively determining which one they should watch.

Jirou stayed quiet for most of the time, squeezing the pillow in her arms. She didn't have much against horror movies, but they mostly did scare her to death. That was why she preferred watching it with friends over watching them on her own.

She remembered back in the days when her, Yaoyorozu, and other friends of theirs would all watch movies together. And if it was a horror genre, they would all curl up with pillows and blankets, pretending to not be scared even though they were all secretly freaking out. However, that was years ago.

Finally, the guys managed to pick a movie they could all agree on. Once Kirishima pressed play, he set the remote down onto the rug beside him and went over to the closet. He opened the doors and grabbed two folded blankets, tossing one at Bakugou and one over to the couch.

Jirou caught the surprisingly fluffy blanket and unfolded it, with Kaminari grabbing one end of the blanket. She kept the other end, crossing her legs on the seat of the couch and covering them with the blanket. Kirishima turned the lights off before going back to his spot on the rug and laying down on his stomach.

Eerie music started playing, filling the room with the sound. "Popcorn?" Kaminari whispered into Jirou's ear.

She nodded in response, so he set the bowl on the couch in between them. Jirou reached into the bowl, grabbing a few pieces of popcorn while keeping her eyes glued to the TV screen. As the movie played, she reached for more popcorn, feeling her fingers brush against Kaminari's. The contact caused a tingling sensation, almost like a spark of electricity. They both blushed and tried to focus their attention on the screen, while Bakugou was busy yelling at the TV.

Halfway through the movie, they made it to a scene where a character was shot before being brutally stabbed. "Don't look. Don't look. Don't fucking look," Jirou whispered to herself, squeezing her eyes shut and clutching to Kaminari. She felt embarrassed as she realized what she was doing. A peek at the TV screen caused her to shriek softly, burying her face in his shoulder.

Kaminari blushed, unsure of what to do in a situation like this, so he just wrapped his arms around her body and tried to comfort her. Does this count as...cuddling? He wondered, blushing harder at the thought of it. His focus was mostly on her now, instead of the movie. Horror movies sometimes made him feel uneasy, but he'd gotten used to them after hanging around the guys for years.

Kirishima and Bakugou were still intently watching the movie, the angry blonde growling at the TV every once in a while. Both of them didn't seem to have caught sight of anything that went on between the two on the couch.

Kaminari glanced at the TV screen and saw that the bloody scene was gone. "Hey Jirou?" He whispered softly.

"Hmm?" She murmured, looking up at him, her gaze meeting his golden eyes.

Kaminari stared at her for a few seconds, his heart fluttering at the sight. Her face was bathed in the light coming from the TV, causing a blissful feeling to wash over him. In his eyes, she looked perfect in this moment- and even though he didn't realize this at the time, she meant far more to him than those random women he'd flirted with or dated in the past. His gaze wandered down to her lips. Those lush, delicate lips- so damn kissable. They were so close. If he just leaned down and...

But he didn't.

Instead, Kaminari just told her what he had intended to tell her before their little moment occurred. "The bloody scene is over," He said quietly, his voice slightly raspy.

All of this went unnoticed by the angry blonde and redhead on the rug in front of them. Both were too engrossed in the horror movie.

The events made Kaminari wonder, are we breaking the contract?
