Ep 1: A New Adventure Part 1

Blythe paced back and forth in her room. It was only a month ago that she and Mrs. Twombly opened Littlest Pet Street and she was nervous about the new clothes, if she had any designs for the clothes. But she couldn't think of anything.

The dumbwaiter that was in the corner in her room, opened up and out hopped a purple dog. "Blythe, are you in here? Penny was wondering if you wanted to-" She stopped and saw Blythe pacing. "Um, are you okay, dearie?"

Blythe jumped and turned around to face the dog. "Oh. Sorry, Zoe. I'm just so stressed out about the shop. It's been a month since we had the grand opening of Littlest Pet Street and I can't think of any designs for the new clothes for the shop." She placed her sketchbook down on her bed. "Anyway, what's up?"

"Well, before you were stressing, Penny was wondering if you wanted to come down and watch some movers unload the moving van." Zoe said, her tail wagging.

"A moving van? Is someone moving in across the street? Cause, I'm sure that apartment building was empty the last time I checked." Blythe said. The last time she was over there was when she was hanging up flyers for the grand opening of Littlest Pet Street.

Zoe laughed. "No, darling. I mean someone is moving into the apartment above yours."

Blythe gasped in excitement and squealed.

Blythe squealed excitedly. "I can't believe it! A new neighbor? This, I gotta see!" She ran over to the dumbwaiter and jumped in. "Come on, Zoe!"

Zoe hopped into the dumbwaiter with Blythe and rode their way down to the shop. They got off the dumbwaiter in the daycare center and Blythe and Zoe rushed to the window to watch.

Zoe was right. Someone was moving into the apartment above her. She watched as the movers picked up the boxes on the ground and carried them out of sight. One mover picked up a box and dropped it, spilling out books.

Blythe gasped and rushed out to help. "Here, let me help you with that." The mover smiled as Blythe picked up the books and placed them back in the box. "Do you know who is moving above my apartment by any chance?"

"Yeah, but he's not here right now. He had to go do some errands at the store so he could get settled in." Said the mover. He smiled at Blythe. "Wait, aren't you the girl who did the opening of Littlest Pet Street?"

Blythe nodded and the mover gave her a fist bump and continued to do his work on carrying the boxes. Blythe went back inside the shop and smiled. "Can you believe it, pets? We're gonna have a new neighbor here!"

Minka, a pink energetic monkey, jumped up and down. "I know! And if we meet them and I can have their shiny things?" Minka was always fascinated by the shiniest things of anyone who had shiny jewelry.

"No, Minka. You already have Blythe's defective golden hair brush, remember?" Russell, a hedgehog, said.

Minka chuckled. "Oh, right. How could I forget?"

"Well, whoever they are, I'm sure we'll be excellent neighbors." Said Blythe. She looked at her watch and gasped. "Oh no! I forgot Sue and I have a math test to study for. And I'm late!" 

Blythe was lucky enough to have her backpack with her and ran out the door. She ran past the Sweet Shop and down the street. She ran up a stairwell and knocked on Sue's front door. 

Sue opened the door. "Blythe, you're here. I was worried you wouldn't be coming." She said. 

"What? No. I was just distracted by the moving van at the Pet Shop." Blythe said. "Someone is moving into the apartment above me. Oh, I can't wait to meet them." 

"Well, we can talk about your new neighbor after we study. We need to do well on this test if we want to complete the class." Sue said. She grabbed her math book and opened it with Blythe. 

Meanwhile, back at the Pet Shop, Zoe and the pets were still watching the moving van be unloaded. They looked back and forth, watching out for the new neighbor. 

Zoe groaned. "Ugh! Come on, where is that neighbor? I want to meet him." She sat down and lifted her hind leg to scratch her head. 

"Calm down, Zoe. You heard one of the movers. The neighbor is at the store getting errands. We'll see them soon. I'm sure of it." Penny Ling said. 

"I hope so. This heat is messing with my fur." Zoe said. She walked over to the treat bowls and grabbed a bone. She heard Penny gasped. "What is it? Is the neighbor here?"

Penny shook her head. "It's the Biskit Twins. And they're heading this way."

The pets gasped and ducked under the tables, while Zoe just stood there looking at the window. She lay down and lifted up her ear, listening to the Twins' conversation.

Whittany growled. "Can you believe Blythe became famous before us? It's so not fair."

Brittany agreed. "I know. We were supposed to become famous! Not that no talent, hack Blythe!" She grabbed her hair and groaned angrily. "I'm so angry I want to punch something."

"Well, it better not be me. I'm already angry as it is." Whittany said, pushing by the movers. "And it looks like someone is moving into the same apartment building where Blythe lives."

Brittany growled, then smirked. "How about we make some trouble?"

"Yeah, but where? We can get in trouble, you know!" Said Whittany. She thought of something and smiled evilly. "Remember Blythe's post about her pet fashion show coming up this Friday?"

Brittany nodded, smiling. "You want to ruin this show, don't you?" Whittany nodded. "Then let's do it. It'll teach Blythe that we should have become famous, not her."

"Yeah. Let's go. We have work to do." Whittany said and the two left.

"Oh no!" Yelled Zoe.

"What? What did you hear?" Vinnie asked.

"The twins are gonna sabotage the fashion show!" Zoe said out loud. The pets gasped in horror. Blythe was gonna be in major trouble if the Biskit Twins ruin the fashion show. "We have to warn Blythe!"

"But we can't! Blythe's at Sue's house! She won't be back until later!" Pepper said.

Zoe looked at the doggie door to shop. "Then I'll go find her. You stay here until Mrs. Twombly gets back." She hopped down from the window and headed for the doggie door.

"Be careful, Zoe." Said Russell.

Zoe looked back at him. "You know I'm always careful!" She went through the doggie door and ran down the street as the neighbor came back to the apartment from the other side of the street.
