Red string of Wangxian

Wei Wuxian and the red string of fate.

This is just kinda the intro, its quiet heavily referenced to the film the untamed, so yeah enjoy! (i'll try to update as often as i can (*￣▽￣*)

Wei Wuxian strolled around Lotus Pier trying to find Jiang Yanli.

Wei Wuxian, "SHIJIE! WHERE ARE YOU?!"

Jiang Yanli spun around the corner running towards Wei Wuxian.

Jiang Yanli, "What is it A-Xian?"

Wei Wuxian, "Shijie don't run so fast you might trip and get your beautiful clothes dirty!"

Jiang Yanli, "Sorry A-Xian I won't run so fast next time. What were you calling me for?

Wei Wuxian, "My red string, someone's tugging at it again. It keeps tugging lately"

Wei Wuxian had the ability to see 'The Red String of Fate' which is a invisible red string that connects you and your soulmate by the pinkie, the string can stretch and contract, but no matter what you do, it can never break. Only 2 people in history have been recorded to be able to see it.

"Shijie who do you think it is? I've checked every girl in Lotus pier and it's no one here" Wei Wuxian pouted.

Jiang Yanli cupped her hands around Wei Wuxian's pouting face.

Jiang Yanli, "I'm sure it's the most beautiful maiden in the world.'

Wei Wuxian, "But you're the most beautiful girl in the world shijieeee."

Jiang Yanli giggled, "Or it could be a very handsome man, A-Xian, you never know."

"Gross." It was Jiang Cheng.

Jiang Cheng doesn't have a red string of fate connected to anyone, Wei Wuxian often picks on him for it, but he reassures Jiang Cheng that he might develop one over time.

Jiang Cheng, "I still don't believe your red string crap."

Jiang Yanli, "A-Cheng don't doubt A-Xian, he wouldn't lie about such a thing."

Jiang Cheng, "More like he isn't smart enough to come up with a prank like that."

Jiang Yanli, "Oh yeah, A-Xian, A-Cheng, Father wanted to tell us all something, that was the other reason I came to find you."

Wei Wuxian strutted along behind Jiang Yanli and in front of Jiang Cheng all the way until they got to the throne room.

Jiang Fengmian spoke up as they entered, "Were going to send you three to Cloud recess tomorrow to study."

Madam Yu didn't seem to have any objections over that, she would want to send Wei Wuxian there forever.

Wei Wuxian could see Madam Yu and Jiang Fengmian's red string of fate, Madam Yu refused to believe that her and Jiang Fengmian were soulmates. On the other hand, when Wei Wuxian told Jiang Fengmian he just patted him on the head, excepted it and walked away.

Jiang Yanli also had a red string of fate, Wei Wuxian didn't know who she was connected to though, (hopefully not that peacock Jin Zixuan.)

Madam Yu, "This is a stupid request, but don't cause any trouble at Cloud Recces, or else when you get back I'll whip you until you can't walk!"

Wei Wuxian chose to ignore that request, it was indeed a stupid one, and getting whipped wasn't a new thing to happen to Wei Wuxian.

~*One day later*~

Wei Wuxian arrived at the front gates of Cloud recess, already making trouble.

"I'm sorry young master but without an invitation I can't let you in."
