I'm gonna keep it short and basic.
if text is written like this it means that Saiki is telling something telepathically to the MC.
"If something is written like this" it means it is being spoken.
If something is written like this between an alinea or so it means that you are reading the thoughts of the MC or the communication with Saiki.
I am currently trying to understand all the honorific titles so most chapters will contain that. I am writing this paragraph as I'm busy with the fourth chapter of this story, so if I feel like it I will change it in the first 3 chapters, but for now I will be leaving those as they are.
