It has been a while since Kyle and Heidi last talked. No one really notices Heidi much anymore. She had dealt with so much with Cartman, that she felt like she was going to pop. Kyle had been there for her sometimes, but still never got around to her. It was fall, so the air was getting colder and leaves were disappearing. Heidi walked pass Kyle's house, and was shocked when she'd seen him through the window. Kyle saw a figure out of the corner of his eye, so he slightly turned his head towards Heidi's direction. His eyes widened, and Heidi quickly walked away. Then, Kyle walked out of his house and caught up with Heidi and walked beside her for an awkward minute that felt like an hour. He finally spoke up and said, "So.." "So." Heidi responded. "You're hands look cold. Would you like me to hand you-" Then Kyle was cut off. "Look, Kyle. I'm not sure if we should be speaking.. You're A great guy and all, but I don't want it to be weird." "It doesn't have to be." Kyle shot back. "We don't have to act all weird towards each other. We can be friends, right?" "I guess so." Heidi sighed.
The next day at school, it was lunch and Kyle thought that today he should sit with Heidi. 'It's a good start..' He thought. "Hey, Kyle." Heidi had said. "Hi." They sat down across from each other and spoke a few words. They went back to class and then got to each of their houses. Tomorrow was Saturday, and Heidi texted Kyle, thinking it would be a good idea to meet up with home at the park tomorrow at 2:00. And it was. Kyle agreed that they should, because they had a lot of talking to do. They weren't busy at that time either.
On Saturday, at 1:00, Kyle and Heidi were preparing to see each other, and hopefully have a non-awkward conversation. An hour later, they both got to the park and sat down and talked a bit. Then somehow, Cartman got brought up in their chat. There was a long pause after that. "He's an asshole." Heidi spoke up. "Yeah, fuck Cartman dude." Kyle agreed. "You shouldn't let him get too much under your skin, Kyle. He's not worth it." "I guess you're right." He replied. It was finally the end of they day, and they both said their bye's and went home. From then on, they were good friends.A/N I might make a part two, if I feel like it. I hope you guys enjoyed it. Sorry if it's not that good. It's my first writing and it's currently 2:17 a.m. Bye bye.
