"Well kids, welcome to the Quidditch World Cup!" Mr Weasley sang over the crowd.

All of them began to walk into the masses amounts of people, tents, food stalls and players flying around on their brooms overhead. All of the kids had amazed and excited expressions as they took in their surroundings.

"Of course!" Shrieked Ron. "Dad's been boasting about taking us here for years! How didn't i know?" They continued to follow Arthur through the crowd.

"Ali!" Fred ran up next to her, clearly having the time of his life. "Have you ever been to the World Cup before?" His face was beaming, whipping his head around as to see everything, almost breaking his neck.
"N-no! I haven't!" She yelled back to him over the noise. "But it's always been a dream of mine since i play myself!" George came up beside her too, a surprised look on his face.
"You do?" He yelled, glancing at Fred. "What position?"

"Chaser. I practised with my friends the past three years when the fields weren't taken!" She answered back, smiling from all the happy memories that were rushing back to her.
"Well you know," Fred chimed in. "You should really consider joining, George and i here can see if we can get you a spot on the team!"
"That is if there are any chaser spots being handed out this year!" George said, thinking over all the players in their team.
"Well i'll talk to the coach!" Fred yelled, running ahead to talk to Cedric.
"You know Alice, the coach is more likely to listen to me..." George smirked. "After all... I am the better beater." He snickered and caught up with his twin. Alice's face turned crimson as he left.

"Stay together!" Arthur called out. "Keep up, girls!" They continued to walk until Arthur ducked incredibly fast for a man his age, a player had almost taken all of them out on his broomstick, but luckily they all dodged it in time.

"Blimey!" Arthur shrieked, then continued to lead the group towards a small tent.
"Parting the ways, i think, old chap!" Said Amos.
"See you at the match."
"See you!" Amos and Cedric began to walk away, finding their own tent to stay in.
"See you later Cedric!" Fred called out to his mate. He waved back in response and the group continued walking towards the small tent.

"Ah." Arthur exclaimed as they reached it. "Home sweet home." He opened the tent's zipper and motioned for them all to enter. First it was Fred, then George, Ginny, Hermione Ron, Alice and Arthur. Harry looked at the tent in confusion, which had perfectly fit all of his friends in with no problem.

"What?" He asked himself confused then slowly entered after everyone else. Alice wasn't expecting this at all. Her mouth hung open in shock as she looked around the huge space she had somehow entered. The tent had extended around 10 times bigger then what it had looked like from the outside.
"I love magic...!" Harry exclaimed wide-eyed.
"Dido." Alice replied next to him, still in awe. Mr Weasley was walking around, checking that everything was in working order.

"Excellent, excellent." He said to himself reassuringly. Hermione and Ginny were giggling and chatting with each other checking out all of the rooms.
"Ginny, look!" Hermione exclaimed as she ran over to a floating timetable for all of the Quidditch matches.
"Girls! Choose a bunk and unpack." Arthur called out to them. Alice, Ginny and Hermione walked down a small corridor into another room. It had two bunk beds.
"I'm on the top bunk!" Ginny called out as the three girls threw down their backpacks on the floor.

"I-i'll take the bottom..." Hermione whispered to Alice who nodded and climbed up on top of the second bunk bed.
"How long do you think we're going to stay here for?" Alice asked the other girls.
"Well, seeming as the opening to the school year begins tomorrow that must mean we're only staying here the night." Hermione informed her, thinking hard.
"Come on." Said Ginny, bored. "Let's go see the others."
