"Hello??" Ha jin speaks softly.

"Ha Jin sunbaenim?? ohhh!! You're calling me after so long!! You totally forgot about me after promotion?! Right?? I missed you so much?? How are you??" An over enthused voice of a woman speaks from the other side.

"Seo minaa!! It's not like that! You didn't call me either?!! I missed you even more!" Ha jin says while smiling.

"Sun..bae..nim.." Seo min starts tearing up. But stops while continuing "You know, I was always worried about you since you woke up after everything and then you urged so much to join the opening for our Busan store to Ho seok sunbaenim, he said no but you were adamant until he said yes. And you came even though you were still sick and fainted, we felt so bad for not taking care for you, as well as ho seok sunbaenim. He was really worried about you, are you in touch with him sunbaenim??" Seo min asks curiously while fanning her closed eyes to dry the eyeliner.

"Ho...seok... sunbae..nim..?" Ha jin is confused because she can't recall that name and it was quiet long ago.

She would even become friends with people she didn't particularly liked solely because he favoured them! Even juniors! Seo Min suddenly halts speaking and comes to realization slowly of what she has done.

She waits for 4-5 seconds for Ha Jin to reply but the atmosphere already became quiet awkward.

Did I actually like... know him, like personally? I'm sorry but I'm trying really hard but I can't remember him!" Says Ha Jin pacing across her room.

" That would be gre-" Ha Jin is interrupted as Seo min continues.

"Now that I think about it, Sunbaenim were you going to ask me something? I feel like you had something to say and I totally changed the topic, old habit." While scrolling through hundreds of pics.

" Yes, there was someone at that event, I wanted to meet, so I was thinking maybe I could get the guest list or something. I know it was so long ago but still, I wanted to see it, can you help me out please??"

"Sunbaenim!! Don't say pleaseee!! Ofc I'll help you! But sunbaenim about the group pic, I can't find it, I'll try to find it again, but from what I can recall Ho Seok sunbaenim took a group photo on a polaroid as well and he gave it you, and he even said something to you which drove Na Eun sunbae so mad! It was so funny!!" Still scrolling. Too many pics.

"What..did he say?" Ha Jin asks while being a little cautious. She can feel this uneasiness for unknown reasons, who is Ho Seok sunbaenim? Why does he favors her? Where is he and... does she KNOW know him?

"He said, 'Here' while giving you the polaroid and it doesn't matter if you remember him or not, he is okay with it. He will wait till then. But for some reasons he left after that and I haven't seen him since. Aisshh he is so cute!! Ahhh!! Sunbaenim I found the ph-" the call drops.

Ha Jin stares with wide eyes and sees the dead phone in her hand. Battery betrayed her. Mentally cursing. She slams it on her bed and starts thinking.

Polaroid, I have it? He said I don't remember him, that was before my memories came back, but I still can't remember him. Wait for me? For what... who are you??? Before that! That polaroid! Find it!!

After rummaging across her room for 2 hours, she finds a dustry polaroid at the base of back of her wardrobe, it is visible but unreachable though. So she stretches her hand while lying down on floor but somehow manages it to push it further.

Sigh.

She changes her position and this time tries to catch it with her feet. And she succeeds, clutching it between her toes she carefully takes it out. She cleans it with her shirt and looks at it finally.

Her eyes dilate and she is again put in a situation where the most suitable reaction seems to be nothing but-
