Chapter 14

I walked with Kageyama and Hinata down the road on the way home.

"So Daichi said no sleeping in class? That's good, you shouldn't be sleeping in class to begin with"

"That's easier said than done"

"Yeah, Isa-chan we need to rest because of morning practice!"

"Hm. Then good luck getting to Tokyo"

The duo quickly froze. I chuckled at them and proceeding to walk again, ahead I saw Yamaguchi and Tsukishima. Suddenly an idea pooped in my head.

"Why not ask Yamaguchi and Tsukishima to tutor you-- and they left"

Jut as I finished my sentence the duo quickly dashed to their teammate's direction, leaving me behind.

I walked faster to catch up with them, the moment I reached them Ukai stepped out of the store and yelled at them.

"Shut up, you lot!! You're bothering the neighbors!!"

I could only sigh as I walked into my apartment. Remembering the test papers how can they be so stupid when they have enough smarts to play volleyball. That goes the same for my older brothers, I was born with most of the academic intelligence while 'Samu had some, and 'Tsumu just has the smarts for volleyball only.

I put my school bag down and sat around the dining table and opened my laptop. The light of the screen made my eyes hurt a bit. I stopped for a moment to rub my eyes, I browse through the sports website, I stopped when I saw an article about the top aces in the country, and a certain someone had caught my eye.

Reading the article about that specific ace, I smirked at the contents. I took my journal out of my school bag and flipped through the pages. Finally reaching the end, a small envelope fell out.

'Oh yeah I totally forgot about this'

I carefully opened it and it read

Dear Miya Isamu,

We, from the Japan Volleyball Institute, would like you to join the upcoming All-Japan Youth Camp again this year. We have acknowledged your commitment since the beginning and would like you to supervise the players participating in this camp, and feel free if you have any potential players that you would like to recommend to participate in this camp. If you do, please contact one of our advisors for us to confirm. 

That is all we're happy to work with you again and see what you have come up with.

"Heh, I totally forgot I have to attend the camp every year"

I closed my laptop and clean all the stuff that is around the dining table.

"Wait didn't 'Samu say I have to visit them sometime this month? When was that day again?"

I picked up my phone and checked the text message that my older brother had sent me a while ago.

"Eh?! It's in the middle of training camp?!"
