Hogwarts staff & faculty.

More things that don't make sense. How is there only one professor per subject in a school with over 1000 kids? No way would that ever logically work. Also only one healer? In a school this dangerous?? Pomfrey will absolutely need some help. So I have taken a one professor per subject, per year group approach. Unless the subject is not usually popular, then one professor can teach more than one year group. Also the same professor teachers 6th and 7th years as I feel it would be confusing to switch teachers in the middle of NEWT levels. I've also appointed four mind healers, one to work with students from each house. I feel this is necessary particularly after the recent war.

I have also assigned each staff member a Hogwarts house. While it is true that not all staff members attended Hogwarts (although most did) I like the idea of them being assigned houses regardless. Mostly due to the fact that some professor's will be living at school to supervise the students throughout the year, and whatever house they are thought to be in corresponds with which students they will supervise. Most of these characters are OC's that I made up, but you'll recognise a lot of names too I'm sure!

Please note I do also have a list of extracurricular activities coming, along with which staff members oversee those. Also naturally the Hogwarts house elves make up a large portion of the staff. I will have an entire section dedicated to them on a later date. For now, here is the staff list. HOH stands for Head of House, by the way.
