Chapter 10:The date

5:47. Kuroo is at his school training with the volleyball team for the upcoming tournament. Y/N actually barely even saw him for the last few days.

Kuroo was practicing his serves when he spotted a familiar face by the side of the iron doors of the gymnasium.

"Hey...baby" Y/N said shyly smiling at her boyfriend.

"Y/N!" Kuroo immediately dropped the ball letting it roll on the wooden floor to go meet his girlfriend. His face lit up upon seeing her and his teammates where teasing him about him being 'sooo in loove'.

He ran to her hugging her tightly and lifting her up and spinning her around until he kissed her in the air and then put her down.

"Sorry for interuppting your training. I just thought of coming to see you" Y/N gave him a gentle smile.

"It's okay it's actually perfect that you came. What better than your girlfriend showing up to your practice and lifting up your mood".

Y/N blushed.

" Besides we were finishing up anyways. If you wait a bit for me we will walk home together".

"That's sounds nice. Okay I'll wait".

Kuroo kissed her and returned back to practice.

Practice was over now and Kuroo quickly got ready and headed out with Y/N.

" Hey princess"Kuroo began the conversation.

"Yes Tetsurō" Y/N turned her head to look at him, since she was looking at her feet all this time.

"We haven't really been on an actual date have we?"

"Well is this your way of asking me to one?"

"Maybe...unless you think it's too cliche and don't want to".Kuroo slightly frowned.

"Hey" Y/N stopped suddenly making Kuroo stop in his tracks as well.He turned to look at her.

"I'd love to go out on a date with you" Y/N smiled also putting a smile on Kuroo's face.

The rest of the way they kept discussing random things until they reached Y/N's house first. Kuroo's house wasn't actually very far from her house, like 5 or 6 km away.

"Soo about that date".Y/N reminded him because they hadn't really discussed any details.

" Oh yeah.Umm how about tomorrow night?"

"Tomorrow where?"

"It's a surprise"Kuroo winked at her.

"I hate you"

"No you love me" He raised an eyebrow with a smirk on his face.

"Yes I do you big nerd"

Y/N reached for a kiss and Kuroo leaned down for it since the height difference is pretty big.

They waved it's other goodnight and each proceeded to go their separate ways.

Y/N entered the house and of course she was alone once again. She went to the kitchen prepared a snack for herself and sat in front of her TV. She wasn't really paying attention to what was on it though. She was lost in her thoughts.

'A date...a lot can happen in a date...'she thought.

She waved her head trying to throw away her dirty thoughts, and before she could realize it her face was burning up.

'It's just a regular date, everything will be okay. It's going to be okay...'

10:07 tomorrow night Y/N was ready for surprisingly her first ever date with her boyfriend. She didn't really know what they would be doing so she put on something that was neither casual nor very formal. She decided to wear nice blue, yellow and white floral shorts with a comfortable white crop top and the bracelet that Kuroo had given her as a gift for when they first got together.
