"Are you still cold?" {Y/N} asked the young Ubuyashiki

The said boy shook his head slowly, denying it.

She sighed as the awkward silence continued once more. She's trying to make a conversation but nothing seems to work. Obviously she's bad at this stuff.

She bit her freezing lips in frustration and glanced at the boy beside her. He looks so adorable, snuggling in the furry cloth. Her cheeks burnt red.

The young girl's lips parted a little bit but then shuts it as soon as she opens it. She then sighed and focused on the road.

It was already dusk when they finally reached the tree near their houses. Instead of going home straight, she decided to walk the boy to his home as she wanted his company to last longer, she just won't tell him. When they reached there, her face showed a look of displeasure for a split second.

Kagaya noticed this and cracked a smiled. "Thank you for walking me home... Even though I'm the man---"

She rolled her eyes and clicked her tongue, "Don't think about it."

With that, she walked away.... Completely forgetting about her cape.

An ominous feeling blew past her skin. The sound of her shoes resonating through the pavement was the only ones creating a sound on the silent night and it grew louder as she increased her speed.

She was a girl with a gift of feeling things. Although not specific, she could tell something through feeling. Right now, her senses are telling her that there's something wrong.

Her footsteps felt heavy as she sprint faster to the direction of their home. After what it felt like hours of running, she reached her destination.

The usually loud and rowdy place became dead silent. For her, it surely doesn't make any sense for she knows that no matter what occasion or just a normal day, there's no way for this compound to fall silent... Not unless something happened.

Her eyes widened at the thought. "I'm just paranoid." She convinced her self

"Mother? Father?" She called her parents first but there's no answer

"Brother Theodore?! Brother Livius?!" Another loud shout escaped her throat

{Y/N}'s heart felt like it's going to burst. God knows how nervous she is right now because Everytime she calls her family, they'll jump on her and crush her into a big hug but why won't they answer her now?!

She decided to heed inside the house, thinking that they're probably sleeping already but what welcomed her wasn't pleasant nor warm hugs .... It's something that made her want to vomit and wail ....
