This Can't Be Happening

The Meeting

               I was watching Cedric Diggory celebrate his victory, if you could even call it that. I couldn't take the jealousy anymore, that was meant to be me. It could be worse i guess at least Fred or George Weasley weren't picked, well Harry Potter got picked out of pure luck, i don't even know how he managed it, i would have felt bad for Harry because he will probably fail the first task, but I'm not capable of those kind of emotions right now, all my head was filled with is rage.
            I wasn't going to make this easy for Cedric, not one bit. I don't know why i felt this urge to ruin his chances at winning, but the urge was there and it wasn't going anywhere so i decided to go with it and see where my Slytherin traits bring me.
          Professor McGonegall was looking for me at lunch Serena told me so i found her in her office after i finished up my meal. I sat down opposite her desk in a comfy brown leather chair, i have been so tired these days ever since i would have to wake up in the middle of the night to let Serena into the dorm after she spends nearly every night with Seamus, its extremely frustrating.
        "Ms Fox, thank you for meeting me, i wanted to ask you a favor", Professor McGonegall asked while i was already bored picking at my nails trying to stay awake.
        "Ask away"
        " As you've probably heard Cedric Diggory will be this years Hogwarts Champion along side Harry Potter"
       " Yes i have heard, how did Harry Potter get his name in the cup anyway?"
      " Thats besides the point" the Professor sighed obviously sick of my attitude already
      " i have asked you here as one of out top students here at Hogwarts to help Cedric with his upcoming tasks regarding the competition, Harry will not need you as he has Hermione Granger, but Cedric will need someone to help him get through these challenges he cant do it on his own"
      I sat there in shock, she has the audacity to ask me to help Cedric after not letting me put my name in the Goblet. Not a chance. But then again this could be a great chance to ruin his opportunity of winning. So ......
     "ok ill do it"
      "Really"
       "Yes"
       " ok great your first meeting with him will be at 11am tomorrow"
        "Ok am i free to leave now"
       " Yes Nadia, you are free to leave"
        So i left. I started to piece together my first plan. I needed to take a visit to the Weasley twins, even though they are the most annoying people I know,they are the schools biggest gossips. I need to find out what the first task is to be able to throw Cedric off his game.
