Hey everyone! Here's what I've heard about lace code. This mainly applies to punks and skins, but if youre goth/scene/emo/alt and want to use it then go ahead, I'm a punk, not a cop.

Red: The most common meaning I've heard for red is Nazi. However, in some seperate scenes, it can mean communist or anarchist. In most western scenes, it means nazi.

White: White supremacist. However, if you have one black and one white, I've heard that means you stand for racial unity and is associated with ska.

Purple: The most common meaning for this is gay pride. However, it can mean gay skin pride, or that you are against skinheads.

Yellow: This is used by SHARPS (skinheads against racial prejudice) However this is also used as general anti racism. In some places this is seen as fully neutral, due to it being such a common lace colour. I've also heard it can mean Anarchist in some Skinhead scenes, but that's the most uncommon meaning I've seen, so check with your local scene.

Orange: Unclear. I've heard it's the same as yellow, but I couldn't be certain.

Blue: The most common meaning for this is that you've killed a cop, so exercise extreme caution with this one. Another common meaning is that you don't like cops, with the least common meaning being that you like cops.

Pink: This is the one I have the least evidence on. In my experience, the most common meaning I've seen for this is Feminist. This is a pretty new meaning, mainly gaining popularity with internet lace code and the online alt community. However, in some areas it can mean gay basher, so check with your local scene. On another note, be careful with pink, as from a distance it can look like red.

Green: This is commonly seen as a neutral colour showing you're not racist, but in some scenes can mean vegan.

Black: Neutral, no association. This can also mean punk or traditionalist skin.
