Me and Josuke are carefully creeping out of Mr.Jonathan's room after unsuccessfully changing his grades to go to the beach trip Mr.Jonathan mentioned this morning, Josuke's breathing was heavy and unsteady my own breathing was like it to yet I tried to steady it the best I could.

I crept further and further away from his class yet calming and slow classical piano music can be heard in the distance as a nearby door clicked open, I give Josuke -who's right next to me almost having his arm rubbed against mine- a worried and concerned look, I tried to put it off but its too late, me and him start to hear haunting clacks of some sort of fancy shoes coming down the echoey hallway the both of us are slyly creeping in.

That piano music could be heard quite clearly now as that door that clicked earlier was now completely open and filled with the nights breeze, I feel it and now clutched onto to Josuke, he pushes me into a cramped hiding spot along the hallway, he hushes me keeping his voice low and me close, very close to the point I was pressed up against his chest

"shh... We don't know who is around here at this time... It could be anyone..."

He was right, I have only just joined this school and I'm already breaking the rules, it may be the school for delinquents but I had high hopes for myself and to be caught this early made my heart sink to my stomach. Josuke noticed and tried to give me a warm smile, - although breaking the rules- he wanted to make sure I was safe here, how sweet, he would take all the blame if the both of us were caught.

The clacks got closer......closer....and closer, the heat from Josuke got me worked up the music wasn't making things any better, that's it my fight or flight response kicked in. I threw Josuke off me and into the dark that lead to a musty classroom quickly and rushingly locking him in there, I didn't care anymore I want to take the blame I did this on Josuke's behalf and so it's only fair. I start to run, run faster than I ever could my legs are taking me away from the situation I was stuck in.

At that moment I was lost, that tour I got given the other day went completely out of my mind and just turned any corner I could to find some sort of exit.

'Jeez why does this place have to be so big'

I think to myself but my legs soon fell to a stop as I heard a deep almost seductive toned voice say.

"You."

I turn around to be faced with is what to be one of the worst sights you could see in the situation I was in,  it was...

The Principal Dio

My heart sunk further to the point it felt like it was harshly beating in my intestines, I'm in big trouble this time. His dark figure loomed over me and felt intimidating.

"What an earth are you doing in school after hours?"

His voice beamed at me, I tried to fake confidence and stand up for myself 

"I could ask you the same thing"

He smirked at my cockiness but could see straight through that fake facade I had

"Cheeky little bastard, aren't you?"

I start to panic again but was able to speak up from that threatening lump in my throat

"Listen... I know it's really bad for me to be here. But I lost a bet..."

The principal perked his head up at my stupid excuse

"And the consequence was to break into the school at night?"

I nod my head vigorously

"Y-yes! Exactly!
Look I'm really, really sorry."

I now sputter out but his attention was taken elsewhere as he looked up and down the hallway, his ruby red eyes scanning anything in sight although it being dark.

"Are you alone?"

I dart my eyes but then stopped trying to not rat out Josuke, that would be an asshole move I don't want to bring him into this.

"It's just me"

Dio smirked once again as he started to walk back to where the music could be heard, his shoes clicking and clacking as he walked back down the hallway.

"Very well. Come with me."
