Strike and Mega were back.
---
"Chris. You wanted to talk to us?"
Chirs turned from where he was standing in the alleyway, eyes landing on the two figures that just entered the alley. Chris gave the two a small wave. "Hey, Hyunjin, Jeongin."
The two supervillains walked up to where Chris was standing, stopping about a meter away. Tekit waved. "Hey."
Tekit looked around before looking back at Chris, his robotic red eye trained onto Chris' own eye. "So, Slickie over here already filled me in on what's up on the way over here. I have to say... it's pretty fucked up that your boyfriend could be your worst enemy."
Chris sighed, tapping his fingers on his leg. "Yeah."
"So what exactly did you want to do about it?"
Chris shrugged. "I don't know. I... I have been thinking about it for a bit. Maybe we could confront them in public, try and find out who they truly are... and then I could find out whether or not my boyfriend is a hero."
Tekit raised an eyebrow. "And if he isn't?"
Chris looked at Tekit. "If he isn't, I guess we now know who the heroes really are. It's a win-win... actually no, not really, if it's confirmed that Mi- my boyfriend was a hero then I'll feel extremely betrayed... but yeah. Confront them in public."
Slick thought for a few seconds before looking up, looking between the other two villains. "W-we c-could start a-another l-large crime to g-get their a-attention. S-Strike and M-Mega j-just went p-public, r-right?"
Chris nodded. "Yeah, they have... a large crime like what?"
Tekit shrugged. "Want to terrorize the mall again? There will be a lot of people and therefore a lot of casualties. It'll be very big."
A lot of casualties?
That was probably the main selling point.
Chris firmly nodded. "Yeah. I'm down."
"I-I'm down a-also. W-what exactly sh-should w-we do?"
The three stayed silent for a bit before Chris spoke up. "I... well, I think that my boyfriend is Mega, I mean... he has to be, he can't be Strike."
Tekit raised an eyebrow. "So, you... so you want to reveal Mega's identity?"
Chris shrugged. "Well, sure. I just need to know."
Slick looked at Chris. "H-How about this. W-we c-could separate th-the t-two h-heroes. M-me a-and H-Hyunjin c-can distract S-Strike, you c-can get s-some alone time w-with M-Mega."
Would that work?
Chris clicked his tongue. "Uh, sure. That sounds good."
Tekit thought for a second. "You're going to have to get really close if you want to rip off his mask. I'd assume that it could be quite easy, their masks look like they are only held to their faces by basic adhesive."
Chris nodded. "Yeah, that'll be quite tough. But I think I might have an idea of what to do... so when do you think we should do this?"
Slick looked up into the night sky, eyes trained on the artistic speckles of stars. "This F-Friday? W-we h-have d-done all of o-our b-big c-crimes on Fridays. I-it's l-like tradition."
Chris stuffed his hands into his pocket. "Okay, sounds good. We should meet somewhere beforehand."
"We could meet in the alleyway next to the mall. There we could discuss more specifics like targets and stuff."
