"I got a text message from an unknown number. I assumed it was Karan, so I rushed to the construction site to greet him, but was taken aback by what I saw. Sam, not Karan, was the young man in front of me. Voices in my thoughts kept saying, "It's Sam." Because, let's face it, your eyes don't lie. I was initially terrified since Sam had previously contacted me like this in the dark and compelled me to do things with him. Sam could only do such things, therefore I knew it was him. As a result, everything fell into place. I planned for the amount of rage and animosity that had been generated. For my own safety, I always carried a knife.

I went on a walk with him and asked him about his life. He was behaving in the same way as Karan, yet he wasn't him. I was taken aback by Sam's ability to adapt and act like my ideal lad. But voices inside kept telling him that he wasn't Karan and that he was Sam. My head was filled with questions. I couldn't decide whether it was Sam or Karan. But, of course, my eyes cannot deceive me. He suddenly pulls me close and begins snogging me as we're walking. Because I was terrified, I kissed him back, and in the middle of it, I stabbed him hard. Karan's cries for aid were still audible, but I could see Sam's face for some reason. Inner whispers told me to take a long way home.

I get home and promptly fall asleep. When I wake up in the morning, I realize how lovely my night was. I met Karan and spent quality time with him, and now we're together."
