I woke up in an old abandoned building,god I can never forget that day when all of this crazy shit started, I was only 9 when my grandpa got bit but at that time I didn't understand it I didn't understand the medicine he had gave me until I walked out Into the world where the creatures that were once human limped around in the streets,they wouldn't come near me as if they didn't seem to see me,they walked by keeping a distance I was confused,I am now 14 and understand that now my grandpa who happened to work in a laboratory had came up with the antidote to kill whatever was inside us causing one bite or one scratch to turn human into the creatures who was dead but still living some how,I don't know exactly why they don't seem to mind me walking through without trying to bite me or scratch me I guess I will figure that out some day,I walked down town through the Empty isolated streets where walkers were beside every corner, it didn't seem to bother me anymore but still kind of frightened me,the last group of people I was with Died they didn't have guns nor did they have many weapons,I used guns occasionally but I would rather not it draws to much sound usually,I kicked a pop can making a noise drawing the walkers closer to where it was but they never seemed to notice me or more like they seen me but didn't care,I walked down the isolated streets thinking about my life and what all had happened before all this,ya see my dad left when I was young I only seen him once I can remember how he looked just a little bit but not much my mom didn't want me around him,when I turned 5 my mom figured out she had cancer and than around when I was 7 or 8 she died,I was sent to live with my Grandpa he worked in a laboratory I stayed with him for almost year up until my 9 birthday,than this outbreak happened I'm pretty sure grandpa already knew this was gonna happen making him start on an antidote before it happened but i guess he only had time to perfect one and than this all happened leading him to getting bit at the lab and giving me the medicine to keep me safe,I felt a breeze causing me to snap out of my daze in the distance I seen people,I walked a bit fast getting closer it was a black woman with two walkers on chains walking behind her,I was confused so I snuck around a corner watching her,I walked out startaling her on accident,Who are you she asked in a kind of scary but calm voice she just stood there and looked at me for a minute, my name is Jessica Dixon but you can call me sunshine,How did you survive out here in all of this you look very young she said with a confused face, I can't say because I don't know you I say in a calm but scared voice my names michonne Hawthorne,nice to meet you i say in a calm voice I already introduced myself so no need to do that again I say kind of smiling,So you have a group I asked looking at the woman No No I don't, me neither the group I was in they all died they didn't really have much weapons and than a herd came in,Watch out michonne said interrupting my Scentence, I looked around to see a walker She took out a Machete and Stabbed it in the head it fell to the ground I just stood there with an amazed look on my face,Wow you ain't really that scared of them like the others were I say smiling,hmmmm We should work together I'm not as good with weapons but I can learn I say smiling...Well Maybe we should get out of this Town and learn you how to use weapons she says smiling,I never asked how old you were kid She looked at me kinda smiling oh yeah I'm 14 and you? I'm about 34 she looked at me now come on let's get a move on before anything happens
