Attractive she was,
The perfect catch you thought.
You thought that she was the perfect one,
For it fits perfectly in that egotistical mind of yours.
Indeed she was a gem but
You were more than blind to see that,
Blinded by her light maybe.
You never valued or respected her,
You didnt know her worth.
You were trash but she held on.
You left because of some differences.
You did her dirty continuously.
You even moved on but she didnt.
Yet, not once she thought about doing the things that you have done to her.
Even if she tried, she couldn't, because it wasn't who she was.
How can you know her worth?
You like the idea of her and thought that she actually meant something to you.
She was a woman of her word whereas you were never a man of your word.
She was a piece of sculpted art,
An art that looked nice to behold but not the kind that you knew how to cherish.
Its not solely your fault,
Throwing her in the thrash Can was the only suggestion that came to mind.
You simply didnt know what to do with such a treasure.
But your trash will be another blessing.
Its only expected that she deserves better and the only way for that to happen was for you to walk out so that she can see the light once more.
How foolish of you?
You've lost a precious gem and was too blind to even realize that.
