Lunas pov
Today is the day I thought. I have my one bag packed it's all I have but I'm very grateful. I place my flip phone in the front pocket of my bag and grab my plane ticket. Your probably wondering who I am where am I going and why I would leave London. Well my name is Luna Anester I'm 17, 4 feet tall, I have long pink and blonde hair cut into what people may call a "emo" hair style and I have gauges and my nose pierced as well as a tattoo on my back that says "James Anester" that's one of my older brothers. And to why I am leaving well about two weeks ago I finally got the urge to tell my oldest brother drake that our "dad" has been abusing, raping, and hurting me in any possible way. My brother moved to North Dakota when he turned 18 to live his dream as a cop. He did not know any of the things about our "dad". So now I'm waiting for my gay best friend Sam to pick me up he is going with me to live with my brother. "Honk honk" I heard the car and headed out saying farewell to the old dump I called home.
*Flashback*
"Come her you ungrateful piece of shit, I told you not to harm your self that's my job!" I just sat there in the closet and watched daddy hit James. I wanted to do something but I could not move I've never seen a monster like this ever. Drake left two days ago and he started these things. All of a sudden daddy leaves the room and James pulls out a gun I know what it is I've seen them all the time in TV. "James please don't do it please I need you" I whispered walking over to him, bit it was to late he pulled the trigger but not before saying "luna I love you please don't end up like me, a cutter you deserve better" then he was silent I was numb dad left a while ago probably to the bar. So I called the ambulance and watched as they took the lifeless body away from me.
*end of flashback*
"Luna hunny wake up, were here" Sam continued to shake me but I just did not want to get up and face the real world, I felt two strong hands pick me up I knew it was him thanks god he was gay because others seem to think we have a thing going. He carried me off the plane and to my worried brother while I just had tears streaming uncontrollably down my pale white face.
