The smell of rain filled my nose as I chased down the two people in front of me, one wearing a green flannel and the other wearing a business suit without the blazer.
I don't remember how this happened, I kinda just, started running after the two. I looked at my hand and saw my gun. I looked back up and saw the flannel-wearing-guy tackle the other one to the ground.
"Babe, shoot him!" I heard one on top say.
Y/n? How'd he get here?
"Dean! Babe what're you waiting for?"
"I'll shoot you!"
"That doesn't matter!! We need to kill this fucker! " He grunted as he and the other werewolf struggled for dominance, which my husband was winning.
I aimed my gun, "Why what did he do?" I asked
"Dean! He killed Sammy!!". He looked at me with golden eyes and I couldn't believe it.
"Y/n w-what happened to you?" I stuttered completely not understanding what he said
"What!?"
The business man growled and switched their places.
"Damnit! SHOOT HIM DEAN!" Y/n screamed
A bullet teared the air as it went straight from my gun through the business man. I heard grunts as I ran to them.
The business man got up and ran away only to fall dead on his chest.
Then it all sank in.
"Y/n, what do you mean Sammy's de-Holy shit!" I kneeled in front of him, placing my hand on his chest that by now was filled with blood.
"No, no, no!"
"You did it you ding dong..." Y/n smiled at me as he put an arm over my tear filled cheek
" Y/n, baby, no, Fight it c'mon!"
My heart felt like it was being ripped out of my chest as I watched my husband die
His hands went limp and his eyes closed, still smiling at me.
"NO Y/N! Y/N!!!"
"Dean! Get up!"
I heard Sammy say. I immidiately opened my eyes, sighing in relief
" Thank god that was a dre-"
" We have to kill Y/n" said Sam suddenly
"What? Where the hell did that come from?" I asked confused as hell
" Dean look at what he did to Mom..." Sam pointed up ahead
" W-wha?" I dreaded looking at it but just one glance and I felt my tremble, It was Mom's carcass. Her jugular was ripped off of her neck as she looked at us with a blank stare. I emptied my stomach on a nearby trashcan as I pondered how the hell did my husband do this?
All of a sudden he was kneeling next to Mom balling his eyes out. "I told you to kill me Dean!! Look at what I've done!!" He sobbed. My knees buckled at the sound of him suffering.
" What the hell is happening!?" I screamed
" Dean if you can't I will" said Sam
As that registered in my mind I heard a gunshot then a thud. I looked at Sam in disbelief.
"WHAT DID YOU DO!?"
"Dean~ wakey wakey~"
I opened my eyes gasping for air. I jumped and stumbled back at the sight of what was in front of me. Cas' vessel's head, eye sockets burned, being held by the hair by my husband
"D'you like your—surprise?" Y/n's eyes turned black and it scared the crap out of me.
"No"
I willed myself awake
"No No"
His maniacal laugh filled the air the atmosphere so thick that I had a hard time breathing
"NOOO!"
I woke up feeling sweaty as hell. I was on top of my husband as he snored with his mouth open. I panted as I said to myself that it was all just a dream.
I tried to calm myself but for some reason this felt off.
So I smacked my husband
"Ow!!" He yelled in pain before looking down at me "What was that—Hey you alright??" He wiped my matted hair up.
"Is this a dream?" I asked still not sure
" Did you have nightmares again?" He asked, concern in his voice.
I nodded and looked down in the middle of his chest. I felt his arms tighten around me.
" Is it those monster mes again?" He asked with a knowing voice
I looked at him and nodded
"Hey, you know I'm only a monster for you" he smiled then booped my nose making me smile.
" I'm glad I didn't kill you then" I countered with a wink while smiling.
He chuckled, "Breakfast?"
" Pie "
He smiled as he and I got up. " I know, come on babe ". He held up a hand and I took it.
Everything was just the way they were, this isn't a nightmare. This was reality, A reality I loved.
