{CHAPTER ONE }
The shallow echo of the cautious footsteps lingered through the miles of deteriating forest, followed by the short puffs of heavy breathes.
Continuous thumps, following the trail that was once occupied by rapidly moving feet, seemed to make the large, on going forest seem small and enclosed.
Pale eyes flickering from one place to the other, trying to block everything out. Why was he out here? Here of all places. All he knew was he ran, he followed the lines.
Elliis Jones. It's different for him.
In a world where you get told what to do, you do what you're told and don't mess with the routine of things, There are three rules, which is just that.
{1.} If you get told what to, you do it.
{2.} You do not question what you are told.
{3.} You do not get to choose what you do and told.Not for Elliis. He's different. He see's things.
That's what brought him here, To this dying, crippling forgets on the outstretch of the collage campus. He doesn't get it, he doesn't just see 'things', no he see's lines, maps, angles, direction, everything.
Flashbacks.
Flashbacks of memories he doesn't remember.
Like parts of him were erased. Vanished.
Like the ability to do those things, to see those things, had taken over the space to do so.As it it were overwriting it.
