Chapter 30

Sometimes the pressure of the raging sea of anger would made her say things she do not mean.it's as if she was afraid of losing in the battle of verbal fight , that she end up blurting out everything she could say to keep her pride

But not a slight satisfaction of the action has caused her other than a deep resentment on herself that growing wider and wider ,with the remorse and regret engraved on her chest, and tears endlessly running down on her face that she doesn't bother to wipe them out.

The room being disrupted with a sniffle sound along with a cries , accompanied with a soft voice comforting the brunette who has left devastated in their arms

The whole night was being spent with her crying helplessly while waiting for lisa to come home , but she haven't seen her even once after she left.not even one of her calls being answered , and not a single idea in her head knowing about lisa's whereabouts

She's completely aware of the impossibility of fixing the damage she've done.a sincere apology couldn't even heal the broken pieces of heart that she has caused on lisa , and the sound of it terrified her the most

"Are you okay , jennie?"

The question instantly making her head to shook in denial , with a few tears dripping on her face, that doesn't took a seconds for jisoo to bring her closer in her arms

Telling another lies by acting strong and says that she's fine won't be any help to lessen the pain that have been etching inside her.the image of lisa's vulnerable state that keep on flooding in her head almost torn her apart , but she knows she deserve it

It would sounds laughable for everyone to see her in this state while hearing herself saying that she regretting everything.knowing that she have long times enough to get herself out from her own lies , but still choosing to keep living in it , which eventually hurting both of them at the end of the day

"You should rest , you have been awake all night long.." the soft voice coming from irene

"I want to see her.." jennie slowly sat up , before staring at her friends in pleading

Jisoo and irene look at each other before heaving out a sigh.they are totally worried about lisa after hearing what happened between them , and it would be impossible not to get mad at the brunette , but seeing jennie who seems distress over it , both of them decided to not pointing fingers or causing any more distress on her

"Let's give lisa some space and times jennie..she need time to heal"

"I..i-i need to talk to her" her own voice betrayed her by cracking , that made both of her friends to keep their gaze down on the sheets

"When everything becomes better , you can see her and sort this out.but for now you need to make up your mind.this thing can't ever happen again jennie..she've hurt enough." jisoo said softly while caressing her hair , causing a small mirthless smile forming on jennie's lips

Looking at herself now , with a bloodshot eyes , the aching hearted , and the devastation just make her realize, it's all proving that she was wrong all these time by thinking that the lost of lisa in her life will never going to affect her.it was only the egoistic of her by creating her own beliefs , and putting herself in a life that full of lies

It's all have caused the question of what is her purpose of staying become unclear , and the reason why the fear of losing lisa appeared is fuzzy and questionable.but now , the answer that formerly was unseen seems like slowly emerging, getting closer that all she need was to make a move and find it by herself.

Releasing herself from the lies she has made ,obstructing her brain from being affected by the lies, and finally learning to express herself better.not through unstable emotion , anger , egoistic or unreliable mind, but listen to what her heart actually wants
