"you look ridiculous mate."
"shut up prongs I look fabulous," sirius scoffed and took a step towards James, who immediately stood on his bunk and took a step back, though he was still smiling.

"get away from me."
"well that's insulting," sirius crossed his arms, but looked ridiculous with a mistletoe hanging in front of his face.
"sorry to disappoint you padfoot but you're not really my type."

The two stared at each other for about two seconds before bursting into a laugh so loud it could be heard in the common room "for the record, this looks stupid and it's not gonna work," James added between laughs.
"well I'm sure it will," sirius swung his long hair behind his shoulder
"good luck then. You'll need it," James sniggered.

About fifteen minutes after that sirius was walking through the hallways, looking for remus, the mistletoe still there, but not seen thanks to a simple invisibility spell.

He found remus quite by accident, bumping into him in the hallway "moony!" he exclaimed with a wide grin.
"oh hey pads," remus smiled back at him.

"look at what I have," sirius twirled his wand and the mistletoe reappeared.
Remus blinked a couple of times before chuckling "pads- you look ridiculous."
Sirius pouted "but it's tradition!" he whined and looked up at remus, who was over a head taller than him.

"please moony?" he stared at him with big grey puppy dog eyes and remus scratched his chin with a smirk "hmm..."
"come on moons! It's tradition," sirius was practically begging at this point.
Remus chuckled "you're so needy, you know that?"
"I love you re."
"I love you too sirius" remus cupped sirius' and kissed him sweetly "merry Christmas pads," he said when they finally separated and ran his fingers through sirius' long hair, both of them blushing slightly.
Sirius brushed his thumb over remus' scars "merry Christmas moony."

Dgejfheh it's sHoRt but okay. I am in a writer's block and surprised I even managed to write something so enjoy this! I realised there were barely any fics without smut so I wrote some fluff hehe
