Why Are You So Clueless?

Chapter 1

It was early in the morning at the Seville and Miller residences. The Chipmunks and Chipettes are finishing up the last bits of packing before they eat breakfast, grab their luggage, and say their last goodbyes before they all get into their cars and head off for College. But of course, it isn't all that easy... Dave and Miss Miller are making it hard for them to leave and this is why.

(At the Seville's Residence)

"DAVE!!!! Let us go! We have to leave now or else we'll never make it there." Alvin screamed while Theodore was happily hugging Dave. Simon sighs struggling to breathe "I have to agree with Alvin Dave. If we don't leave now we won't have enough time to take pit stops for bathroom breaks or food breaks." "Not to mention to fill up our gas and to find a parking space" Alvin sneered. Theodore frowns "Aww come on guys! This is going to be our last hug from him till we can come home for breaks. Take five more minutes before we have to leave. *Then he whispers* Do it for Dave's sake since he's the one who needs it the most." Dave sighs and let's go "No Theo they're right... You guys need to leave now before the traffic gets bad." His frown gets lower "Aww! Okay..."

Simon pats his shoulder "Cheer up Theo, we're going to be free from being home all the time" Alvin agrees "Yeah! I can't wait to do things my own..." Simon cuts him off "Oh no! You're going to have to behave since we're in the same dorm together." Alvin glares at him "Killjoy..." He glares back "Alvin... I'm just keeping us all safe. We can't afford to get hurt on campus!" Alvin huffs "Fine..." Theodore smiles "Come on guys! We have to leave" Simon nods "He's right, let's go." Dave stops them "Hold on boys! We need to talk before you leave" Theodore looks at him confused "What about Dave?" He sighs but sly smiles "I want you guys to be careful while you are out there. Also, do not drink alcohol at any party. I know you will go to some, but I don't want you guys to stay up too late. You'll regret it in the morning when you're late for class. Please be on time for your classes, make sure your assignments are on time, I don't want to find out that you guys are flunking on anything."

Then he turns to Alvin "And Alvin? Please for god sake be good and don't cause so much mischief. I don't want to get any calls from the college about you like always. Please promise me you will try to behave yourself." Alvin sighs "Fine... I'll try my best, but no promises" Simon smiles "Don't worry Dave We'll look after him, and for the other things you mentioned, we promise to behave at parties and not to drink alcohol till we're at age." Theodore nods his head in agreement while Alvin sly smiles. Dave sighs "Good. Well, let's get you guys going. We don't want you guys to get stuck in traffic now don't we?" They all smile and pick up their luggage and walk out to the car. They place it into the trunk and close it shut then they open the doors and get inside. Dave smiles "Have a nice trip boys! Be safe on the road and call me when you get there" They scream "We will! Bye Dave we love you!" He waves "Love you, boys, too!" Then they close their doors to the car and Simon starts the engine and pulls out of the driveway and drives away.

(At the Miller's Residence)

"Come on Brittany we have to leave now or else we'll hit traffic!" Eleanor screamed from downstairs. Jeanette walks to Eleanor and sighs "She's taking forever again..." She turns to her annoyed "Yeah..." Jeanette shakes her head "Hopefully she won't be like this at college..." Eleanor snorts "Yeah like Britt's going to actually do that" "True" Jeanette laughed right when Brittany walks down the stairs with a huge suitcase, three duffle bags, and a handbag. "Jeez, Brittany! Do you need your whole room?!" Eleanor exclaimed. Brittany rolls her eyes ''This isn't my whole room Ellie, it's the stuff that I absolutely need." Then she starts to ramble on about what she brought, making Jeanette and Eleanor roll their eyes.

Miss Miller walked into the living room smiling. "OH, girls! I can't believe you guys are finally off to college! I'm going to miss you three so much!" Brittany stops rambling when she hears her step mother's voice. She smiles "Awe We'll miss you too Miss Miller!" Jeanette and Eleanor nod their head in agreement "Yeah! Don't worry, we'll call you when we get there" "Yeah, don't worry about a thing!" Miss Miller smiles but then gives a stern look "Now girls before you leave, I have a few rules." Brittany groans "Miss Miller..." She looked at her. "Rules, Brittany." She sighed and nodded. "Fine...." Miss Miller then turns back to all three of them "You girls will leave this place with an open heart, an open mind, knowing what you want to do in your life. But before that, you'll need to take care of yourself. You girls have to be careful." Said Miss Miller. Jeanette nodded. "Of course we will. Don't worry about us." "No drugs and no alcohol, or any of that stuff, alright?" Miss Miller said.

They nodded. "We would never do that." Said Eleanor. Miss Miller pleads "Please please watch out for certain kinds of people. Don't give in to peer pressure, no matter what anyone says. You girls can promise me that, right?" "Of course! Right girls?" Jeanette asked her sisters. "Right!" Miss Miller sighs in relief "I know you girls can watch out for yourselves. And I know you're teenagers, and I can't stop you girls from going to parties and going out with your friends. But don't stay up too late when you go to parties or clubs or anything. You'll regret it in the morning when you're late for class. Believe me, I had my days." Miss Miller said. They all laughed at that. "And remember, your life depends on this. Be on time for your classes, make sure your assignments are on time, and make sure you're ready for the future. Give it you're all. Follow your dreams. And if you are successful here, your dreams will come true."

Then she opens her arms signaling for a hug. The girls obey and hug her before letting go and picking up their stuff and walking to the front door towards the driveway. They place their luggage into the trunk and close it shut then they open the doors and get inside. Miss Miller smiles "Have a nice trip girls! Be safe on the road and don't forget to call me when you get there" They scream "We will! Bye Miss Miller we love you!" She waves "Love you too girls!" Then they close their doors to the car and Jeanette starts the engine and pulls out of the driveway and drives away.

(Now with the boys just arriving at their college)

"Welp boys here it is Monohan academy our new school," said Simon "Ahem you mean college it sounds more professional." mocked Alvin. They both turn their head towards the front of the college to see Theodore almost there. "THEODORE" Alvin and Simon both yelled as Theo ran off without them. Theodore came to a screeching stop as he heard his brothers yell his name "Oops sorry I'm just excited". "Don't worry Theo we're just as excited as you are but it's still a new place and we have to be careful not to get lost'' ''Ha lost shmost the great Alvin Seville doesn't get lost'' Alvin boasted. Simon and Theodore rolled their eyes. "Come on, let's just get to our dorm," said an exhausted Theodore. ''I'm so tired,'' Alvin said rolling his eyes.

The boys made it to their dorm surprised to see another person chilling on the sofa studying. Alvin clears his throat and the boy looks up. "Oh hi you guys must be my new roommates my names Andrew," The boy said as he raised his hand to shake. They each shook hands and introduced themselves as they all sat on the couch. "Hey Si, he looks like your type of nerd," Alvin said laughing. Simon just rolled his eyes while punching Alvin's arm. After they finished unpacking they decided to go around introducing themselves to their neighbors. " Let's start from the end and work our way back," Theodore said cheerfully "Okay" both Alvin and Simon replied. " I hope there are some hot girls here," Alvin said chuckling. Both Simon and Theodore sighed and rolled their eyes then knocked on the door and were very surprised by who opened it. " OH MY GOD," They all screamed.
